This is our top catered chalet, fully en-suite with a hot tub and sauna. The generously-proportioned living area centers around the log fire. The French windows open from the living room onto the large balcony which captures the afternoon sun. Based on the 1st floor, this creates wonderful views down the valley. The location of Ski Chalet Novelin is that ideal balance of just 150m from the skiing, 10 mins walk from the very centre of the Les Gets, France, yet in a quiet and peaceful corner of the village.

Ski Chalet Layout

This catered chalet has 3 floors. The ground floor has the entrance way, ski storage in the garage, hot tub & sauna and a staff bedroom. The living area and room one are on the 1st floor. The living area is a large open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area focused around the log fire. The top floor contains room 2, 3 and 4.

Facilities

Chalet Novelin comes with all linen and towels. We have free wireless internet (no computer though sorry!), DVD's, TV with British channels, board games, cards & new for 2011-12 a Nintendo Wii!

Chalet staff live out for 2010 - 2011 season.
Chalet staff will live in for 2011-2012 season. This will be in the small room on the ground floor. All guest bedrooms & living area are on the floors above.

Chalet Novelin has both a hot tub and a sauna! These are on the ground floor.

Ski Chalet Location

Chalet Novelin & Chalet Le Replan are close by. Chalet Novelin is close to Les Gets resort centre and the ski slopes, though still far enough out from the village centre to be quiet and tranquil. It is about a 10 minute walk down to the centre of Les Gets Village, & about 150m walk to where you can ski down to the main chairlift, bubble lift and ski lessons meeting point (via a blue ski slope).

Parking

There is parking right in front of the ski chalet for those driving to the French Alps. It's a quiet cul-de-sac so there's plenty of space. This area of France is very easy to drive to being approximately 9 hrs drive from Calais, with all but the last 30 mins being on motorways.
