About Us - Welcome to Mountain & Tradition

Hello and welcome! We are a small, bespoke company running out of Les Gets, France. Everything is run & managed just by the two of us, Raphael and Jana.

We have worked for many years in the hospitality and tourism industry before started our own venture, including being resort managers for other chalet companies. The time had come though, where we were driven by our own ideas and experiences, so it was time run our own chalets allowing us the freedom to provide what we think is the perfect Catered Chalet Holiday.

Raphael was born and grew up in Les Gets, giving you the full insider's knowledge of the mountain with his ski hosting, the ski instructors, hire companies and much more. He is also a trained Chef having worked in many very highly recognised restaurants as well as chalets & hotels.

Jana moved to Les Gets 3 years ago to start her career in the Chalet Holiday industry. She looks after the chalets every detail to make sure everything's in place for a truly memorable Ski Chalet Holiday. Dedicated and caring, she makes sure all the touchs are in place to make your ski holiday.

We are assisted by Phil and Karen, who you may come across as well. They both know Les Gets very well and have run chalet companies for years. They help with the back end side of things, and are occasionally on the phones and emails too.

Our small and dedicated team will be with you from your first contact, arranging all the details of your holiday & we'll be there in resort to look after everything for you as well. From arranging your ski lessons to cooking your breakfasts, you'll be with the same small team all the way.

We all know Les Gets Ski Resort in and out, and have a real passion for what we think is a truly wonderful ski resort.
