Your Summer Catered Chalet Holiday

We offer our summer catering at three different levels.

• Evening Meal Delivery Service is just a small bolt on to being self-catered. Each day whilst you are out we pop a large dish of whole food we've prepared during the day into the fridge. All you have to do it pop it into the oven then serve!
• Fully Catered Value Menu is designed to strike that perfect balance; freshly made wholesome meals whilst any unnecessary frills to provide the best possible value. We are there too to do serving and washing up with our fully catered options.
• Premium Menu is our full showpiece, where Chef Raphael is able to demonstrate his full talents. Delicious cuisine to delight the senses in the comfort of your chalet, and your drinks are included as well.

You can select either a whole week, or as many nights of catering as you would like.

These are all priced as a bolt-ons: you would book the chalet as self catered, then you can bolt on the extra catering that you would like.

We are more than happy to cater for vegetarians and for any food allergies. Please just let us know your requirements when you book.

Evening Meal Delivery Service

This is a small bolt on to the self-catered price. Each day whilst you are out we prepare a freshlymade wholesome meal, then drop it off in the chalet. When you come home all you have to do is pop it in the oven and serve! It's a two course meal, for example Lasagne a la Bolognse & Fresh Salad with Homemade Pear & Almond Bake to follow.

Please note we are not there in the chalet with you, we just prepare the meals and drop them off to you. If you'd like us to be there to serve and do the washing up they why not look at one of ouf fully catered options below.

Value Menu Fully Catered Chalet Holidays

If you choose to include our value menu catering then you will find our cuisine, designed by professional chef Raphael Cabuis, to be all freshly prepared and wholesome. We are not though aiming for haute-cuisine, this is good quality home-cooked meals that are freshly prepared & nutritious. We are also there in the chalet to do the serving and washing up!

A large buffet breakfast is included everyday with croissants and pain au chocolates hot from the oven, bread, jams, cereals including porridge, tea, coffee, juices, ham, cheese, yoghurts and fruit.

Your evening meal consistest of 2 courses - main course and dessert, freshly prepared for you each day. They are generally served in a large family buffet style.

100 Euros per person for the week (4 people minimum)

If you would just like a few evening meals then you can book however many evenings you would like and that would be 20 Euros per person per night (4 people minimum)

Premium Menu Fully Catered Chalet Holidays

Here Raphael gets to show off his talents with our showpiece summer menu. A fully trained and experienced Chef, Raphael cullinary expertise combined with his local knowledge makes for cuisine to rival the best you'll see in chalets in the Alps.

Your day starts with our full breakfast including hot options each morning.

When you arrive home each afternoon we'll have afternoon tea laid out consisting of a freshly baked cake, bread & jams, teas and coffee.

Your evening meal starts with aperitifs. Drinks are all complimentary during your four course evening meal, and we stock a range of wines and beers.

Raphael takes great pride in his cullinary creations that he'll be serving to you, the delicious food is of a level you rarey see in catered chalets. Below we have an example of the delights you would be sampling:

Drinks in the Chalet

Tea, coffee & juices are always available.

Alcoholic drinks are included during the meal if you take the Catered Premium option.

Otherwise alcoholic drinks maybe be purchased in the chalet too. We have an honesty bar type system. Please note though we keep the prices reasonable, it's nothing like a hotel mini-bar type prices! You are of course though more than welcome to bring your own drinks into the chalets as well.

Transfers from Geneva Airport.

If your chalet holiday includes transfers then we would take over your catered chalet holiday from the moment you arrive at Geneva airport. Transfers are to and from Geneva Airport and we can work to just about any flight times. From there it's about an hour's drive up to Les Gets, France.

Arranging All your Extras

Whilst in our chalets we will look after everything for you. We can pre-buy your Les Gets Mountain Bike lift passes and have them ready & waiting in the chalets for you. We can organize your multipass, arrange your MTB hire, organizing and advising you to find the best activity for you and your party. Please note that activities, lift passes etc. are not included in the price of your Summer Chalet Holiday.
