Which Lift Pass should I choose? There are two options

Option 1: Local Area Lift Pass Les Gets & Morzine

A great all round lift pass. This covers over 120kms of pistes with 50+ lifts around Les Gets and Morzine. We'd recommend this lift pass for beginners and lower intermediates. Also if you are getting lessons then we'd recommend this lift pass, as in the half day after your lesson you would not really have enough time to get outside the local area and back again. This pass is perfect for those looking to take it easy and just explore the local area.

  • For families and beginners
  • Perfect for those getting lessons
  • 120kms of Pistes, 48 Lifts
  • 1 snow park
  • 1 Border-cross
  • Does not include Avoriaz

Option 2: Full Area Lift Pass The Portes Du Soleil

This covers the full 650kms of pistes (including the local area) with over 200 lifts! We'd recommend this for anyone who's an intermediate / advanced or above. If you are happy on a red run, then this is the pass for you. There's some wonderful skiing out there, and with this pass it gives you the option to tour from village to village, mountain to mountain and ski to Switzerland and back all in the one day!

  • For explorers and experienced skiers
  • Ski long distances
  • Largest Ski Area in the world!
  • 12 interconnected ski resorts
  • Ski in France and Switzerland
  • 650kms of pistes, 197 lifts
  • Huge amount of terrain

Top Tip! Snow Risk Insurance

We can also include on-the-mountain insurance when you buy your lift pass. In the unlikely event of an accident on the slopes, Snow Risk insurance covers everything required to get you off the pistes - up to and including being helicoptered off which can be quite expensive. Although your travel insurance company would usually reimburse such costs, Snow Risk means you don't have to pay anything up front or think about money when you have more pressing things on your mind!

The cost of this insurance is 3 Euros a day and it can be booked at the same time as you book your lift pass. Please note Snow Risk only covers getting you off the mountain,t does not cover any medical expenses.
