Their friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and genuine passion for hospitality truly set the tone for a perfect holiday. The lodge itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, cosy yet luxurious, and ideally located for exploring the slopes and the village. Every element, from the delicious breakfasts to the thoughtful little touches in the rooms, made us feel right at home. Fun - on and off the snow.Really first rate chalet. Belinda and the chalet girls were very helpful and attended to our every need, making sure everything ran smoothly. Food was absolutely great and the apres-ski was enormous fun. Also useful was the proximity of a ski shop (just downstairs) - and the ski-lift (short walk across the road). All in all, I had a brilliant time and met up with a really nice group of guests who were happy to ski as a group. Can definitely recommend this holiday.

Brilliant chaletBrilliant week with “Solo” skiers. A great way to make friends, ski loads (plenty of easy slopes for me). Eat absolutely delicious French food & be totally looked after by wonderful friendly chalet girls & Belinda our host. An absolutely must for anyone whose partner doesn't ski. Ski Gathering is the only company I know of that lets individuals have SOO much fun.

It was well located for the lifts and buses. The holiday was made by the M&T staff. Belinda went the extra mile to ensure we had all we needed, Chef Raphael was entertaining and produced outstanding food, George and Tiffany also contributed to great week. The star of the show was our chalet host, Holly. She could not do enough for us. We will be back as soon as we can.

We would love to come back again!We were 2 families of 5 staying across both the middle and top floors. Ashleigh and the team at M and T were amazing, unfailingly helpful and lots of great recommendations. They booked ski gear for us at Pure experience, a 5 minute walk away, great service also, was perfect when we needed adjustments like changing from snowboarding to skis etc. Ashleigh also booked ski passes for us and arranged upgrades, this was so helpful. We loved the location with the Fromagerie opposite, the Sherpa supermarket around the corner and Perrier lift again a short walk away. We would love to come back again!

An ideal ski holiday in the French Alps!This charming chalet in Les Gets exceeded all expectations! Its prime location offers convenient access to the town center via a shuttle bus and is just a short walk from the ski lifts—perfect for a seamless skiing experience in the heart of the French Alps. The incredible team, including Amy, Allanah, Eva, and others, went above and beyond to ensure every need was met with warmth and professionalism. Wonderful New Year's weekWonderful New Year's week spent in Les Gets at Les Suites de l'Alpe - I booked through Ski Gathering and the organisation was excellent from the time of booking and all the way through which as a single traveller is very reassuring. Belinda works incredibly hard to ensure all guests are made to feel welcome and cared for, and she does it all with a wonderful combination of confident organisation and a fabulous sense of humour! The team in the chalet were lovely and friendly too, Emma in particular was always ready with a smile to offer any help she could, and the other staff Eva, Hannah and Amy were also friendly and helpful.

...wonderful welcoming and super friendly teamWe stayed at the Alpine Lodge for 8 nights over Christmas - 13 of us aged 9 to 82. The first thing that stikes you when you arrive is the wonderful welcoming and super friendly team who goes out of their way to ensure that everyone's needs are catered for. Big shout out to the awesome Holly who was our main host and also to Tiffany and George for looking after us all so well. Belinda expertly and personally took us to get kitted out with our ski gear , ski lessons and lift passes and was on hand morning, noon and night for advice and tips about where to go, how to get there which was much appreciated. It was also really helpful to be able to store the equipment close to the slopes. The chalet is huge - ample space for 13 of us, with lots of room layout combinations, the rooms are spotless and well equipped, modern and the living room and dining area is warm and welcoming and perfect for lounging all together and swapping stories of the days activities. 6 nights were catered and boy were we spoiled with the best of local produce with plated nights overseen personally by the chef/owner who explained the delicious dishes. We were wowed with each meal and the Christmas dinner was the best our party had ever had - it was really that good. Breakfast was delightful with a daily special cooked fresh by our host and there was no end to the sumptuous cakes and sandwiches for afternoon tea - if you are a foodie - this is absolutely the chalet for you! Drinks were ample and free flowing - our non drinkers also catered for too. It was really a gastronomic extravaganza!! The hot tub is huge and it was a lovely touch providing fluffy robes. There are some sledges too which the kids enjoyed. Location of the chalet is excellent - a short walk from the ski lift which is in the centre of town, bus stop with free buses right out side the chalet - lots of restaurants and shops within a stones throw. We really liked how focused the team are on keeping things as environmentally friendly as possible - using eco products and working on zero food waste (left overs get distributed to the less fortunate in the local area). A massive thank you to the Mountain and Tradition team for providing a thoroughly 5 star, ski holiday of a lifetime experience.

Another fantastic stay at the Alpine LodgeOur 3rd stay at the Alpine Lodge and it did not disappoint. Amazing food and fantastic hosting by Sarah and Tash. Huge thanks to Belinda who completely rocks front of house and has to be the most well connected person in Les Gets! Quiet accommodation, with good hosts and food, & a quick bus to the centreGreat chalet for a family skiing / snowboarding. Out of the town centre so it's quiet, but literally opposite the free bus into town (which takes less than 10 minutes) and our favourite cheese restaurant, with ski hire and Sherpa store with a stone’s throw. For folk who done need lessons, it's also opposite the Perrières lift, which is the quick quiet route up while the ski schools go up the Chavannes. The staff an M&T were once again predictable and boring excellent. Attentive, articulate, capable and really seemed to care about making your stay a good one. That's not hindered of course by some of the best chalet food we've had and good quality wine. Thanks guys it was a brilliant week.

A wonderful week with friends and superb foodThis was our fourth time booking with M&T and our first stay at La Rocade. It was nice to stay in a different part of town, and we enjoyed being across the road from La Fromagerie and the Luge, which was a really fun evening activity. The chalet was really well laid out for our group of three families, as we were able to put the children to bed on the upper floor and then not worry about any noise disturbing them as we finished our dinner and drinks (not that we experienced many late nights as we were in a food coma most of the time from the delicious meals!) The number one reason we have become repeat customers of M&T is the food. Having had disappointing stays with other companies who have employed inexperienced chefs for the season, we just don't want to take the risk, and we know the meals that Raph and his team create are really spectacular! The slow cooked pork cheek with celeriac puree and granny smith apple salsa was a firm favourite! Each meal was beautifully prepared and presented, and the was a lovely selection across the week. The kids easy menu was equally delicious. All of our needs were met throughout the whole process, from point of booking, right through to point of departure. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble. Belinda was always on hand via WhatsApp, and Lauren and Charlotte were fantastic in the chalet. Ashleigh was superb at getting everything put in place prior to our arrival. The Concierge service was very much appreciated and also went above and beyond what could be expected in a chalet at this price point. We are ready to book next year's trips already!!

Excellent chaletExcellent chalet very close to the lifts. First class service from the pick up at Geneva to drop off back there. Couldn't fault the service from Tash, Georgia & Belinda. Without a doubt the best food I have had in a chalet: 3 course gourmet dinners, wine & beer on tap, fantastic choice for breakfasts & delicious cakes & sandwiches in the afternoon. Luckily the snow held out for our week & we were able to ski every day - so all round a fab holiday.

Excellent chalet with great foodWe've had several holidays with M&T now and have always found them to be excellent. We’ve had great food, with my peanut allergy always catered for. The staff are very flexible and able to accommodate requests to change bookings and meal times. The chalet is a bit out of town - an easy walk in normal shoes but too far to walk in ski boots, however there is a ski lift directly across the road and a frequent bus service to the ski school meeting point.

Top Drawer Chalet HostNice chalet just outside of Les Gets village but still an excellent location near a ski lift and returning slope (even in low-snow conditions), little supermarket and ski hire shop. The chalet is split into 2 apartments that suited our group as there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space if needed. The chalet host, Lauren, was exceptional. She went above & beyond to make our stay fun & entertaining, whilst looking after us all, in spite of some non-standard needs from our group. The only negatives (hence 4*, not 5* review) were that the beds could be more comfortable and the 'en suite' situation in some rooms is interesting to say the least. But the positives definitely outweigh any negatives and I would recommend this chalet.

Great location, excellent service, delicious foodThis was our first time with M&T and they made a great impression from start to finish. So easy to book, with answers to our many questions. We especially liked the ease of booking lift passes, transfers and ski hire. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. Our chalet host Lauren was amazing- able to cater for several dietary needs and provided us with fantastic food and hospitality. My only slight quibble was that the dairy- grew alternatives for cake, breakfast etc weren't very imaginative, so i often felt our lactose- intolerant friend was missing out. Even having some dairy- free spread for breakfast would have been a good move. We were a part of 9 occupying both floors. The layout isn't really set up for friends, with several bathrooms having no doors! The hot tub was brilliant. The snow conditions weren't great when we were there, but the location of the chalet is perfect for a bus into town or the short walk to the Perrières lift, as the Melezet red was kept open. Overall, a wonderful holiday being treated to luxurious hospitality.

A wonderful trip - I would highly recommend!This was our second time visiting Les Gets and staying at chalet La Rocade and we had a wonderful time! Lauren was an amazing host and looked after us all so well :-) As a company, M&T were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble - it was great to have everything arranged for us e.g. kit hire and Belinda was there for us whenever we needed anything. It took a lot of the stress out of travelling with 4 children!

Family half term ski fun!We had another fab stay with mountain and tradition. Our second visit to Les Gets and loved every minute of it. Chalet Rocade was perfect for our family of four, 2 adults and 2 children age 7 & 10. The accommodation is warm, clean and stylish. We had our transfers, ski passes, and equipment hire all arranged through M&T which makes life super easy. The bus stop was right outside the accommodation which is a short free trip to Les Gets centre. We loved our chalet hosts Lauren and Ava- who prepared and cooked our meals during our stay- delicious! Just what you need after a full day skiing! Hot tub was an added bonus too. Belinda- our liaison was amazing again! nothing is too much trouble. The girls also enjoyed the luge!!! dare you to ride that and not apply the breaks. Thanks all- we will be back.

Luxury, Great valueAs a group of 9 we stayed across both floors and this was such a memorable stay! Lauren, our host, was incredibly welcoming, a wonderful chef and very considerate (adapting the sandwiches on the fly according to fussy tastes, and swiftly fetching some earl grey tea when it had run out, etc). She may also have fuelled a bit of the drinking on some nights by producing genepi and prosecco.....I think she found us very entertaining! A special shout-out also to Belinda and Eva. Plus, such service with the skis being delivered to our lockers after the fitting at the shop - I've never encountered this before! The sking was easy to access via the Perrieres lift or the bus. We had taken a gamble due to it being late in the season but found some good conditions higher up - Mont Chery was a particular favourite. Rooms: One point of note is that most of the rooms are somewhat or completely lacking in privacy screening for baths/showers. This makes sharing a room as friends (as opposed to a couple) a little awkward! The door to our ensuite was also somewhat difficult to move. Otherwise, they were high-quality rooms with everything we required. Walkability: The Perrieres chairlift was about 5 minutes' walk away. The walk time to the main Snow Front area in Les Gets was about 20 minutes. We did this trip back a couple of times in the evenings when buses are less frequent, after eating out in town. Also, no need to walk far to get buses to other parts of the resort, with the 'A' buses stopping directly across the road from this chalet. Food & drinks: The menu was as described and exceeded expectations! Highlights were the taste of snickers cake (laid out on arrival), the gorgeous lamb tagine and the mini-fondue Vacherin cheese starter on the final night. We loved coming back from our skiing days to the sandwiches and cakes. Although we ate nearly everything with great enthusiasm, we were assured that anything uneaten is donated to the homeless. Such a great and considerate policy! Noteworthy details: A great policy around local food sourcing, prevention of waste by donating uneaten food to the homeless, and reducing unneccessary washing e.g of napkins. Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great value

a great placeApartment was lovely, spacious for a family of a four but only one bathroom and toilet which was manageable but a nuisance at times with 2 teenagers. Very central location which is perfect but a tad noisy at times. What sets this place aside is the levels of service and standard of the food. Both excellent. Having had some experience of catered chalets, can say with confidence that this is the best food we've had in a chalet. The catering is done by professional chefs in a central kitchen and then finished and served by the very good chalet hosts. This assures quality and consistency and a far cry from some chalet hosts who've never boiled an egg prior to working their season! In summary, a great place if you like fine cuisine don't mind a little outside noise (or if you're the ones likely to be making it).

Absolutely brilliantAbsolutely brilliant chalet, great location, well fitted out but the gem is the team behind it. From the minute you arrive the welcome is warm and slick, the force of nature Belinda ensures you are front of the queue to sort out ski hire, she’s rung the manager of the restaurant you’ve booked to ensure the best table/ and thats if you’ve dared to do it yourself, prior to arrival she will have it all sorted. She tells you all the ski routes. Places to eat, and sorts out your return from apres knowing you think you will get the bus but actually a cab is soooo much better. Shes a solid 7. The food was delicious- huge portions and just what you need after a day out all Served by the wonderful Tash and Georgia. Breakfast was amazing, the homemade granola and specials were yummy! Highly recommend!Another amazing stay at the Alpine Lodge. It was our 3rd visit and I'm sure there will be more to come. Sarah and Tash were superb hosts and made sure our stay was as relaxing as possible. Of course the food did not disappoint - yet again, it was utterly superb cuisine from Raph and the team. This chalet is one of the many reasons we return to Les Gets. It's wonderfully comfortable, with private hot tub and in a fantastic location, close to the lifts and the resort centre. Great Food and ServiceApartment was lovely, spacious for a family of a four but only one bathroom and toilet which was manageable but a nuisance at times with 2 teenagers. Very central location which is perfect but a tad noisy at times. What sets this place aside is the levels of service and standard of the food. Both excellent. Having had some experience of catered chalets, can say with confidence that this is the best food we've had in a chalet. The catering is done by professional chefs in a central kitchen and then finished and served by the very good chalet hosts. This assures quality and consistency and a far cry from some chalet hosts who've never boiled an egg prior to working their season! In summary, a great place if you like fine cuisine and don't mind a little outside noise (or if you're the ones likely to be making it).

Excellent chalet and location for family holiday in Les GetsChalet Des Piste is fantastically located, just a minute walk from the Chavannes lift with the Delavay sports shop underneath where equipment was hired and stored each night. The supermarket, bars and restaurants are all on the neighbouring streets so it's easy to enjoy what Les Gets has to offer. Our chalet hosts were superb; helpful, informative and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and we thoroughly enjoyed having delicious food prepared for us to load up or refuel before/after a day on the slopes - particularly essential for the children! Having the ski school and slopes on the doorstep meant that all members of our party could make the most of the local and surrounding pistes. Mont Chery is well worth a visit, as is the Luge 4 Saisons which is brilliant fun for all ages. The local bus network is free, regular and easy to pick up from outside the Chavannes lift. Final word to Belinda who was on hand in the resort to provide local knowledge and advice, which was especially reassuring to have. The only negative is the noise from the nearby bars, which sometimes went on into the early hours, but I suspect we only heard it because we slept with our bedroom window open. In summary, this is a super place from which to base yourself for a family skiing adventure!

Skiing Les Gets 2024This was our second time travelling with M&T to Les Gets and we had such a fabulous time at Chalet des Pistes. The superb location in resort makes it an excellent choice with the ski hire shop literally on your doorstep and the ski lifts only a few metres away. While the daily skiing activities kept everyone entertained, it was our fabulous host Tash that really made it for us. She looked after our every need and nothing was ever a problem, our freshly cooked breakfasts always went down a treat, our afternoon lunch waiting for us after the morning ski and Tash continued to deliver on the evening meals for both food and beverages. A huge thank you Tash from the Bradshaw Family.

Another brilliant ski trip with M&TThis is our second ski trip with M&T and we would thoroughly recommend them. Belinda is so organised and nothing is too much. This year Tash and Harriet were our chalet hosts and they were lovely, friendly girls who made our stay even more enjoyable. Fabulous catered chalet!Fabulous catered chalet! Hosts wonderful food fabulous as well as location being second to none. A number of excellent pubs across the road, Black Bear, Irish Bar etc with the chair lift and gondola approx 80 metres away. Delavey Sports is below the chalet so very little trekking in ski boots. Definitely recommend.

...welcoming and professionalWe, a family of four, went last weekend for skiing. The rooms were lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed a dip in the jacuzzi afterw a long day of skiing. The location is great, it is a short walk from the nearest ski lift (from which you can go anywhere), has a ski rental and supermarket right underneath, and it is close to the town itself with a free bus stopping right in front of the hotel. The best thing, though, is the staff. They were super friendly, welcoming and professional. Went out of their way to make sure we were welcome, and were ready to help in any way they could.

Fabulous 3rd time visitThis was our third visit to the Alpine Loft and once again, it did not disappoint. Our chalet host Charlotte was amazing, really friendly, professional and did well to put up with a bunch of excitable, middle-aged women otherwise known as the 'Guinea Fowl'. The booking process from start to finish was well organised and the food was as amazing as ever, Raph and his team do a fantastic job every time. Plenty of wine with dinner and not a cut off point at dessert unlike lots of other companies. This year we took more advantage of the afternoon teas which I have to say were absolutely delicious and much better than just a bog standard cake you get other companies. The concierge, Belinda, again couldn't do enough for our group and it's always so lovely to see her and she always has a warm welcome for us. She keeps us in line and insures all of our bookings from ski hire to restaurants to Taxis are all dealt with seamlessly. We were lucky and had good snow. I've seen it better but also a lot worse but the resort does a great job of keeping as many runs open as possible. So even if it's not thick snow in the village, it's still really good conditions further up the mountain. Once again, a fabulous time was had by all, and thank you once again to M&T, I love Les Gets and we will be back!

Raph, Jana and their team didn't disappoint. From the seamless booking process to the attentive care to every detail, Montagne & Tradition truly sets the gold standard in hospitality. Chef Raph has mastered the art of comfort food. Great tasting, honest food that you'll be dreaming about all day on the slopes. Too many favourite meals to mention, but a special shout out for his speciality desserts, they are better than we remembered. One of the many reasons we chose to return to Montagne & Tradition in Les Gets is the impeccable standard of accommodation. Here, luxury and comfort seamlessly blend with convenience, ensuring that every moment spent off the slopes is as enjoyable as the skiing itself. Our host, Charlotte, provided warm hospitality and ensured that our every need was met with a smile. The service provided by the Montagne & Tradition team was exceptional. Fabulous stay in Les GetsFabulous place to stay and the food was amazing. We were very well looked after by Charlotte and Harriet. Lovely wine too 😊 as with all chalets you need to watch your head in the upstairs rooms and one of the rooms downstairs could do with an update but the rest of the chalet was superb in a great location for town and the gondola. Fantastic food and hospitalityThank you ever so much to Charlotte and Harriet for looking after us across our week in the Alpine Loft. Great menu, top quality food, all served with a smile - nothing was too much trouble. The chalet is in a great location with all but one bedroom having been refurbished to a high standard. As with many alpine chalets, there were some low beams to avoid on the top floor.

Family Ski TripWe stayed as a family of 7 adults and one child for a week in February. The chalet is clean, spacious and well equipped with a stunning view. The sauna and hot tub are a great addition. The chalet hosts looked after us all with great care particularly Alice & Jed who prepare meals and keep the chalet in order making the stay extra relaxing. Our main contact from booking to departure was Belinda who coordinated transfers, ski hire, lift passes etc. Ski gear is hired from a shop just below the main gondola and everything can be stored there which is very convenient. All in all it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay and we would all recommend highly.

Fabulous holiday with M&TSecond year in a row staying in a chalet run by M&T and I couldn't recommend the company more. There were 22 of us (5 families) staying in two of their catered chalets and everything was fantastic. The food is excellent - proper home cooked dinners and delicious breakfasts and afternoon tea. From booking, to adding in extras such as ski pass, hire, transfers etc, nothing was too much trouble. The 'in resort' host, Belinda is on call to help with any needs and recommendations and the chalet girls (Lauren, Harriet and Ava) were fabulous at looking after us at meal time. Would highly recommend.

10/10 Fab staff!I had such a fab time staying in the middle chalet again! I'm a repeat visitor and it was as great as ever. The staff and food in particular were awesome. Lauren was incredible and so kind. She made it feel like home and always had everything under control with the food, which was delicious. She looked after us so well and we had some great laughs! Ava was brilliant too and her egg-cooking skills exceeded our high egg-spectations (sorry, I couldn't resist)! Harriet helped out on our final night with an incredible plated meal and gave us some awesome local info about the dishes, including the vegetarian options which were lovely! I'm also now a big fan of Genipe, a local herbal liquor, which I'd recommend trying! The chalet itself is perfectly situated. It's literally over the road from the Perrières lift which takes you right up the mountain, and a short free bus ride into the village for the main telecabine. Our ski and kit hire was all sorted with the booking so we didn't need to worry about admin or anything. The whole stay made our family skiing trip super easy and relaxing, and I'll definitely be back again! Sophie xox

The best for a Skiing holiday Rocade Chalet , Les GetsOur stay at Rocade chalet in Les Gets was everything I expected and a lot more.The hosts kept us informed many months before we arrived and right through our visit. The Chalet team Lauren ,Ava and Harriet looked after us from Day one and fed us with some exceptional meals and afternoon teas. There was always a great balance of food with meat and vegetarian option always available. Every meal was explained in detail about its origins and ingredients by our chalet team , with a smile . The team were great fun and made us feel like family at all times. Belinda did a great job in organising our Ski equipment and passes and gave us some excellent tips for bars and restaurants in Les Gets . We all enjoyed our holiday with breathtaking views of the Alps , Skiing and really enjoyed the Apres Ski after our fun filled Days. The Chalet is in a great spot for easy access by free bus in Les Gets (2 minutes) and a 5 minute walk to the nearest ski lift and slopes. I would recommend a stay at Rocade in Les Gets for anyone or groups if they want great hosts , excellent food and drink and fantastic Skiing and views .

...experience was greatReviews can be difficult - if you've paid £10k for a week then you expect something special. So the question is, did we get better value for money than expected? Yes. Undoubtedly. Going on a 'package' the brochures always say (for example) afternoon tea. You then get some stale biscuits or cake and a glass of milk. Not here. They say 'cordon bleu 3 course meal' and you get some chicken gujons and a bit of apple pie. Not here. They then say 'chalet hosts who will look after your every need' and you get someone who dreads having to talk to a guest. Not here. The M&T experience was great, the food was top notch and Tash, Georgia, Issy, Harriet & Lydia (not to mention, of course, Belinda) who looked after us was an uplifting experience. The Chalet had all of the things you'd want at this price point, it's close to the centre so it can be a bit noisy if the window shutters are left open. All in all an A+ rating. As a comparison, on 25 other trips, this is in the top 5.

Overpriced accommodation, underwhelming existence.Advertised by M&T as 'Chalet des Pistes' It is not a chalet but a top floor apartment above a burger bar with 4 cramped bedrooms in the dangerously low eaves of a roof. Only half the room is issuable practically. Very limited storage space for 2people. Constant smell of drains from the bathroom. 3flights of stairs and corridors to negotiate every day - impractical on arrival/departure days and additionally tiring on ski days. Location practical for ski lift but proximity to bars etc means excessive noise all day until @3am. Closing shutters does little to alleviate this nuisance. Just enough seating for 7adults around the Bunsen burner-like fire substitute. 2inexplicable price-points advertised for rooms - £895 for twin and £795 for 'budget' twin, based on bathroom sharing??? Nonsensical. The 2noisy bar facing rooms with junior sized single beds and the most noise pollution were not classed as 'budget' paying the same price as the rooms with a double and single bed. Misrepresentation of a facility - M&T you need to stop taking advantage of customer patience and overcharging loyal customers for sub-standard accommodation. It's not ski in ski out. Ski hire shop is not the best value for money, every request is greeted with a grunt and basement storage area is overcrowded and not secure. The excellence of the chalet hosts and team deserves a separate review - testing customer resilience with poor lodging is not fair in the hardworking staff who deal with initial customer disappointment.

It was fantasticJust back from a 4 night stay in the Alpine Lodge, and it was fantastic. The team will go out of their way to ensure that your trip is as good as possible. Sarah was a brilliant host and made sure that we were very well fed. The food was superb. The chalet was full,and the other guests were so welcoming and great fun. We didn’t do downhill skiing this time but had a great time cross country skiing (morning) and snow shoeing (afternoon). Would recommend that more people try this! This place is a real gem, and we will definitely return.

Alpine Lodge - Lets GetsA beautiful lodge with excellent food and wine. The afternoon tea was delicious, and the hot tub was great for chilling with a drink! Our chalet hosts, Sarah and Charlotte were wonderful providing hot breakfasts in the mornings too. I loved the bean-to-cup coffee machine, but maybe filter coffee for the decaf contingent could be considered, or coffee pod machine? Finally Belinda was fantastic, as always, seamlessly arranging all the equipment and ski passes and advising us on recommended routes!😊

Fantastic tripMyself, husband and son have recently returned from a 4 night stay at the loft, everything was fabulous from start to finish. Charlotte our chalet host was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble, she was super friendly and went above and beyond. Fabulous scrambled eggs and my son loved her crepes. I have to also mention Belinda, nothing was a problem and she looked after all of our needs from start to finish and for that I have to say a huge thank you. The location of the chalet is superb for Les gets only a few minutes walk from the centre and the main gondola. The interior of the chalet was spotless, lovely and cosy and we will definitely be returning. Thanks to all at M&T for a brilliant trip.

Ski Holiday January 2024!We’ve had a fantastic stay in this amazing chalet. Good location poor vegetarian foodChalet is wonderfully located and if you are looking for a catered chalet experience that does part weeks and doesn’t cost the earth I’d recommend. Charlotte the host and Belinda working in concierge make the experience. A chef is responsible for the centrally designed vegetarian options and this feels a little like the vegetarian food from the 1970’s, reliant too much much on cheese and lacking inspiration.

Great customer serviceAmazing chalet and great interactions with all staff at M&T. From the minute I expressed interest in the chalet, M&T were fantastic; quick at responding, super helpful and made everything really simple. We booked everything through M&T because they made it so simple and gave us confidence in things such as lift passes being delivered on the night you arrive instead of us having to go collect them ourselves. The chalet was lovely, everyone was very impressed and the chalet host was great too (Lauren). The hot tub could have been a bit warmer but it was great just having a hot tub at all! Food was great and they catered for gluten free, vegetarian and lactose intolerance. Breakfast specials were a nice touch.

Great accommodation, but louder than I'd like.I still rate it five, as this is personal preference. The kitchen / living area could be improved by the addition of some sound absorbing materials (I think). With 11 people all talking over dinner or playing board games, it could get a bit too loud for my liking. Sound absorbing material would help to reduce this effect. It would also help with the noise of breakfast preparation in the morning, which wakes up those on the same floor as the kitchen / living area (only a problem if they are not already awake). Otherwise an excellent accomodation with unlimited wine and beer (kronenburg) and plenty of great food.

Our stay at the Alpine Loft was incredible!Our stay at the Alpine Loft was incredible! The location is excellent - only a short walk away from the Chavannes lift and the center of town. The room was very comfortable and beautifully designed. The food was exceptional every day, and our host Charlotte made sure we were always taken care of at the chalet. Belinda has unparalleled knowledge of the area and coordinated everything we needed, from excellent ski rentals to the best routes and dining spots on the slopes to evenings out in town. The service was truly top notch and made our week a fabulous holiday!

Exceeded expectationsArrived the Sunday before Easter after a very wet drive up from Geneva - made very welcome by Brendan and Belinda - about whom more later. We were a 3 generation family party of 11 including 5 children. We didn’t quite fill the lodge - spacious bedrooms, well thought out to accommodate different parties with a large open plan living - dining - kitchen area. Great hot tub out the back to rejuvenate tired legs and keep the youngsters entertained until they went wrinkly. A variety of games books and puzzles together with a large flat screen TV filled the few gaps between other activities. Chalet host Brendan was a star - coping with the youngsters’ requests for more pancakes and acquiescing to their requests for English broccoli instead of French (apparently his florets were too large?!!). His musical tastes were spot on, in tune with the 65 yr old grandparents, and his clearly well researched bar recommendations were respected by the middle generation. On his off days (something to do with end of season partying we understand and alarm failure that he fessed up to) he was well assisted by his colleague Immy. Between them they served up delicious meals with the local dishes complementing each other, course by course. They should go far. You won’t run short of beer or wine and it was only by superhuman efforts that we managed to get to see the back of the beer fridge and trigger a re-stock. No problem was too difficult for Belinda to solve: whisking 10 of us through Delavay sports for equipment hire as it was closing on Sunday evening, arranging for daughter-in-law to have a personal “lesson” from Belinda’s 'mountain man' ski instructor and then sorting the 11 yr old’s snowboarding problems. A week’s snowboarding group lessons had been prebookec with ESF who unknown to anyone changed the booking to ski lessons - cue a very disappointed lad on Monday morning. One call to Belinda and 5 minutes later Clement, a cool young ESF boarding instructor, was with us at the bottom of the slopes and then available for 3 further private lessons - well recommended to get him started. It seemed that Belinda was able to arrange the appropriate instructor for the individual. It’s difficult to think of any real issues and we very much hope to return in the future

excellent serviceThe Alpine lodge is very well situated in location less than 5 minutes from the town of Les Gets. The accommodation is very comfortable and very airy and bright. The food is excellent especially the selection of meat dishes specially prepared by their master chef, they also cater for the flexitarian providing good choices of non meat meals. The best thing about the Alpine lodge is the level off service provided by Belinda, who goes above and beyond to make your stay flawless and relaxing. Belinda has an excellent team of chalet staff who cater for your every need. Brendan was great to have to help in the chalet however his ability to ski could be taken into question.

Group HolidayWe were a group made up of 5 families with children ranging in age from 1 to 13. We all had a brilliant time. Chalet was well laid out and the location great. The hot tubs and pool were a great feature and well used. What really made the holiday was the quality of food, all inclusive drinks and particularly the chalet girls Freya, Rachael and Amy. They could not have been more helpful, friendly and welcoming. With the size of our party I am sure we were not the easiest to deal with but they never once let it show.

Luxury catered chaletWe have just returned from a fantastic week. We travelled as a large group ( 10 adults 9 children) and we had use of 3 chalets- Midi, Mont Chery, and Mont Blanc. The chalets are beautifully decorated and all en suite and have everything in them that you would need, we had the use of 3 hot tubs and the swimming pool. The food for the week was fantastic. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, With a special addition each day to some courses- eg a paired wine. The all inclusive beer and wine was excellent- it really is all inclusive we didn’t run out it was topped up as and when we needed it. Meal times were flexible- if we had something on then we just asked for earlier or later. The chalet girls are fantastic, Freya, Amy and Rachel. They couldn’t of done enough to make sure we had everything we needed each day and were good fun too. Also Belinda who had everything organised for us prior to arriving. The location is good just at the bottom of the Perriers run a short walk over the road and free busses to the town centre. We really had a brilliant week and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or book again or to use M&T to organise our trip.

Amazing chalet hosts :)The location is unbeatable - only a tiny walk to the lift and you’re in the bowl avoiding any queues. Immy, Fraya, Sophie & Fiona are brilliant hosts & chefs. So friendly and professional. The food was amazing. Our teenagers loved the swimming pool and the choice of 2 outdoor hot tubs was a hit.

Best Holiday EverWas pleasantly surprised on arrival in Chalet Novelin, it was as spacious as seen in pictures. We were greeted by Belinda who was bombarded with questions and provided us with all the info about the resort we needed. We arrived quite late but there was a lovely meal waiting to be devoured. Most of our crew were coffee lovers and were not disappointed with the quality brew. We were greeted the first morning by the lovely Sarah who provided us with delicious food for the entire week. Hot breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner was always a lovely surprise as different to what we would cook at home. I would highly recommend Chalet Novelin and is also only a ten minute walk into the resort. We had a fantastic time in Les Gets, the most memorable holiday ever.

QualitySpent one of the best weeks of my life here with the best people. The living space was perfect and comfortable and I slept soundly every night. The sauna and jacuzzi proved vital for recovering after active days on the slopes. Although the jacuzzi seemed a little dirty on out last night and smelled too strong of chlorine, it didn’t take away from the relaxation it brought us throughout the week. The kitchen was fresh and modern along with the classy stretched dining table where we enjoyed quality meals every day. The shower was used constantly throughout each day, whether it was cold or hot, it proved crucial as I stayed here and freshened up from sweaty ski runs and clumsy falls. The chefs and host were excellent when providing us with important information regarding the area and unreal food which fueled us for the long days ahead. I’ll never forget my time here and hope to visit in the not so distant future again.

Fab holiday!!We stayed in La Rocade in mid January for the week & had an amazing time! The chalet was extremely clean & well equipped, located within walking distance of Les Perriers ski lift with a bus stop opposite - half hourly buses that take 5 minutes into town were fab. The rooms were lovely & the hot tub was a lovely luxury to have, the only thing we found a bit frustrating was in our room (middle floor en suite) there was nowhere to hang towels at all in the bathroom, not even a hook, so we had to hang them on the bunk beds to dry - not major issue by any means but would be nice! Belinda made sure everything ran like clock work, from organising our ski hire and passes - nothing was too much hassle - including managing to squeeze me in for a last minute lesson which I'll be forever grateful for! The food was amazing, loved it all! Saving the best until last . . . our chalet host. Daisy was fantastic & there to welcome us! Always happy and smiling, she looked after us all so well & nothing was too much trouble. She was so helpful talking us through various routes & runs to try when we were trying to plan the following day. We were all sad to say bye! We absolutely loved our stay and planning on returning next year. Highly recommended!

Another great holiday with M&T at Chalet la Rocade!We had an amazing holiday with friends at Chalet la Rocade back in January. Thank you so much to Daisy our main host who was absolutely great and nothing ever too much - you made our week! The chalet was cosy, warm and clean, and we had both floors so it was lovely to spread out as a group and have the hot tub to ourselves. The food was a particular highlight - fresh, delicious and locally sourced where possible. There was pretty much every option you could want for breakfast, and the evening meals were 5*. Being located opposite the bus stop that takes you up into the centre of town within about five minutes was really handy, but the Perrières lift is just a short walk from Rocade and you can store your skis etc in the boot room. This is our third time staying with M&T in Les Gets and we’re not sure how another ski company could top them. The team are super friendly and always on hand to help with anything, including last minute taxis home from Avoriaz! Thanks so much Daisy, Belinda, Zoé and the rest of the team. We will be back again I’m sure!

Fantastic ski holiday!We had an amazing week skiing in Les Gets with a group of friends staying at M&T's Chalet La Rocade. The chalet was comfortable and warm and had everything you need to relax and unwind after a good days skiing. The staff were brilliant and very welcoming and friendly but also up for a laugh too! A special 5* mention for our main host for the week, which was Daisy from Devon and Belinda for all the inside knowledge and recommendations! The food and drink was delicious as always which is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to stay with M&T! We will be back again in the near future for sure!

Lovely Chalet and Ideal for familyChalet Novelin was in a great location and a very comfortable chalet. The food was excellent and our chalet host Sarah was very helpful and accommodating with all our requirements. First and won’t be the last. 😃We booked a family holiday with M&T following a recommendation from Facebook. We stayed in Mont Cherry which was perfect for our family of four. 2 adults and 2 girls under 10. Right from booking until we departed everything was perfect, Belinda organised everything for us including ski hire and lessons for both our two girls. She even met us off the bus in the centre to assist with finding the ski hire shop and ski school. We had wonderful wholesome healthy food all prepared for us during our stay, which kept our energy levels up for lots of skiing. The three chalet girls were lovely, Sophie, Freya and Immy nothing was too much trouble, they were all very polite and professional. It was amazing not to have to lift a finger all week….. I could certainly get used to that!!! The hot tub was cleaned and checked every day and the fluffy dressing gowns provided were lovely to put on after a dip. The chalet was really well located, clean and warm with a short free bus ride to the village main resort. Will 100% return next year… thank you all. 😃

So well looked afterWe were a very large group of 9 families (41 people in total) staying in 2 large chalets (containing interlinked apartments) and 2 apartments owned by M&T. The experience was fantastic! We were so well looked after from the second we booked (organizing transfers, ski hire, ski passes etc) - nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived we were looked after by Belinda who sat down with us and gave us recommendations for restaurants, places to ski etc and was happy to make restaurants reservations, order take away etc for us during our stay - just brilliant. The chalet girls - Freya, Immy, Sophie and Daisy were fantastic. The food was delicious, particularly the afternoon tea and delicious dinners - would highly recommend We will definitely be back.

Do it!!We have just got back home from a fantastic week with the family at Alpine Lodge, Les Gets. Couldn’t recommend this place enough… food is amazing, rooms were perfect, clean and modern. The chalet itself is comfortable and homely. The location is very central (we have stayed in Les Gets 3/4 times and found this super easy to get to and from), there’s a bus stop on the doorstep which takes you to the main chair lift which was Faba for the mornings the kids had to be at their ski lessons (even though it’s only a 3 minute walk), the hosts went above and beyond for us - Caitlin in particular was outstanding. She is a great asset to the company!! Super assertive and knowledgeable (she also makes the best eggs). Belinda the manager of the chalet was also very helpful and organised our transfer, lift passes, taxi’s (to and from Avoriaz), massage ect. Genuinely had the best time and would absolutely return.

Half Term in the Alpine LoftWhat a fantastic stay we had at The Alpine Loft, Booking the whole loft for a family of 10 for the half term including 4 young children, the Alpine Loft could not of suited us better with plenty of space for all of us. Firstly the booking process was great and Zoe sorted everything we needed for our stay from transfers through to ski hire. A couple of weeks before our stay we were contacted by Belinda who organised everything else we needed during the stay. She recommended restaurants and mountain meeting locations for us and even booked them all on our behalf. Belinda was then there to meet us on our arrival, handing out lift passes , taking us down to the Ski shop to sort our ski hire and talking us through everything we needed to know about the resort and ski area. We then met the lovely Sarah who was our chalet host for the week. Sarah did everything you would want from a host, providing great food and service without ever feeling like she was imposing on our family holiday. The Chalet itself is great and as described, modern yet very comfortable. The food was always great and the wine just kept flowing. Les Get is also great, it’s a beautiful village with a great ski area.

Awesome ChaletThe lodge is lovely, and the food was fantastic - as always: this is our 3rd year!. The staff were all super helpful and friendly (Thank you Rachel, Grace and Belinda!). Location is very close to the centre and getting to the main lifts is only a short walk (there is also a Bus stop right outside). Pillows were chunkier than I usually sleep on, but seriously, that is the worst thing I can come up with about this place!

5 days at Alpine Lodge, Les Gets.Can’t recommend highly enough - the chalet is stunning, immaculately clean, very well equipped and our hosts were fabulous. There was a group of 8 adults and 5 children aged 8 to 11 years - the kids had a ball with all their needs catered for. We had fab en-suite rooms, hot showers, loads of towels and very soft robes as well as extremely comfortable beds. Massive communal area with huge tv, books and games. Our children had to top floor to themselves with they loved. The hot tub is huge - wonderful! There was enough alcohol to sink a battleship and the catering suited all of us. I can highly recommend the Alpine Lodge, we had a great holiday.

The Alpine LoftGood communication with M & T prior to our arrival. Excellent help and support from Belinda everything ready for us on arrival so able to ski on arrival. Honestly: Amazing. Personally: Don't go here, you'll hate it, leave it for me...Yet again, Les Gets delighted us all. Stunning scenery, prolific blue runs, fantastic snow and excellent food. As for The Alpine Lodge, the rooms, as always, were spotlessly clean, the welcome was warm, fellow guests were fun, the location is fantastic, wifi can support Teams meetings, and the hot tub was very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Grace is incredibly efficient without even a hint of a wibble when asked to produce completely different breakfasts for 15 guests at once! And Fiona's warm demeanour and fantastic poached eggs became legendary as the week progressed... Raph's menu was delicious as always; the new cheesecake ice-cream dessert much appreciated by those of us who return each year. Ash remains a background star and Belinda charmed the smartest skis I've ever hired out of Delavay (they even matched my outfit! When I took them back the owner was excited to know how I'd found them during my week, so they must be special (possibly slightly wasted on me)). M&T team: Keep doing what you do :) See you next year... Thank-you to the entire team!

Another fantastic holiday at the Alpine Loft.This was our second visit to The Alpine Loft and it certainly did not disappoint. As a group of friends it was perfect for our needs. Fabulous location, only a few minutes walk from the town centre and ski lifts, tastefully decorated, beautiful bathrooms, very relaxing and great sized bedrooms. We were also blessed with fabulous weather and conditions. The organisation by Belinda and her team was first class and we were kept up to date from the initial booking right up to leaving the resort, it certainly is a very personal service. Having your lift passes ready on arrival is perfect to ensure maximum time on the slopes. Nothing is too much trouble and all of the staff of M&T go above and beyond to ensure you have the perfect holiday. The food was amazing as usual, and the wine flowed freely. Raph and his team created fabulous menus and cater for all tastes and dietary requirements. Our chalet hosts were delightful, we met a few throughout our stay, Fiona, Rachel & Caitlin and they looked after us tremendously well and again, nothing was too much trouble. Caitlin looked after us for most of our stay and she is a true credit to M&T, extremely professional, friendly and very personable, she was a joy to spend time with. I have stayed with M&T (in different chalets) on four occasions now and can highly recommend them. We have already booked for next year and are very much looking forward to the 2023/2024 season.

Amazing week at Chalet Novelin with M+T in Les GetsWe had a wonderful week at Chalet Novelin in Les Gets. The whole holiday couldn't have been better organised. A big shout out to Zoe who was responsive to all my questions and requests from the start of the booking and gave a very personalised service. Belinda was brilliant in the resort and couldn't do enough to help us. Her organisation skills were of military precision. And finally thanks to Caitlin, our host. It was her first week at Chalet Novelin, stepping in due to injury. We were so well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. The beer and wine was topped up without asking. Her breakfasts were amazing as was all the food. Thank you. I can't recommend your company highly enough and would not hesitate to book again.

Fabulous family holiday - great locationDue to Covid/restrictions this has been the 3rd time of trying to get to La Rocade, and it was well worth the wait. We stayed on the middle floor, and travelling were 2 adults and 2 children. There was more than enough space, and the Chalet was clean, modern and well looked after. The hot tub was great after a day out on the slopes, and the boot room on the bottom floor was a fab extra. Great location, less than 200m from Les Perriers ski lift which will have you in the Ranfolly/La Rosta bowl in no time. A favourite of ours is Mont Chery and with a bus stop right outside your door, it couldn’t be easier to head over. Last but definitely not least, our host Daisy - she was brilliant, and couldn’t do enough for us. Making us all feel very comfortable, and welcome. No complaints with the food everything was amazing, and so well presented… the Biscoff Blondie’s were a big hit.

Accommodation was superbGroup of 11 17-60 celebrating 60th on the slopes. Accommodation was superb, my boys 22-27 shared with their cousins 17/18 & their girlfriends shared with my daughter 22-27 … all happy 2 other ensuite doulbes. Belinda met us late arrival 10pm yet there was a beautiful casserole that was devoured. Sarah our chef/concierge was just marvellous, so accommodating. ...an excellent stay at Chalet NovelinWe (3 families) had an excellent stay at Chalet Novelin. The chalet is the one we would like to have on every vacation in the mountains: Very well located on the heights of Les Gets (5 minutes walk from the slopes), spacious, comfortable (with a special mention for the bedding), very well equipped: the bean coffee machine in the morning to the jacuzzi in the evening. Last but not insignificant point: the balcony and the view of the mountains. We greatly appreciated the quality of the M&T service, both in terms of catering and concierge service. Best holiday everWe had a great week in Chalet Novelin - the staff (Katelyn and Grace) were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was some of the best I have ever had on a chalet holiday. The office staff were very helpful helping us book restaurants and advising re ski hire and ski passes. Belinda was always on hand with help and advice. The heated boot room was very welcome as was the sauna and hot tub. I would certainly recommend you to my friends who are skiers - thank you all - an amazing week xx

Great chalet for family groupsLovely week in Les Gets with family and friends. The group included 8 adults and 4 children. The chalet is in a quiet residential area, the bus stop at the end of the lane made travelling into town very easy. The chalet is well designed and extremely comfortable. Sarah and Caitlin looked after us all week serving us delicious food. Belinda was on hand to answer any questions as well as helping with ski hire, lift passes etc. The chalet is within walking distance of Alta Lumina which was excellent and well worth visiting. We are already planning our 2024 trip!

Amazing Chalet - Trip with friendsI spent a week at Chalet Novelin with 9 of my University friends on our annual ski holiday. Our overall experience was excellent, the Chalet and facilities are exactly as described and shown in the pictures and the service from the M&T staff is exceptional. We were hosted by Sarah and Sophie who were both in training, supported by Ashley who is part of the companies leadership. They put a lot of effort into looking after us, even bringing us more beer down to the hot tub! The food was of a higher standard that we’d expected based on what we’d heard about catered Chalets before. However, the menu is designed by the owner who is a chef and prepped in a central kitchen and finished off in chalet. It was all delicious and they catered exceptionally well to our multitude of dietary requirements. The chalet is ski-in ski-out if you’re not a total beginner and I would definitely recommend walking to the bridge an skiing down to the lifts rather than sorting your equipment at the rental shop if you’re able too. M&T organised rental for 7 of our group as well as transfers and lift passes. This was all seamless and we were met by Belinda who walked down to the rental show with everyone to make sure that everything went smoothly. Belinda was incredibly knowledgeable about the resort and the local area and saves us by booking us a taxi back from Morzine when we got caught out by the download queue at Super-Morzine; within 15 minutes we were speeding back to our hot tub and all-inclusive beer for a cost of 40EUR split between the 6 of us. The ski from Les Gets to Avoriaz does take some time, especially if you have a mixed ability group. I’d definitely recommend booking a taxi one-way so that you can enjoy a longer day on that side of the ski area or if you want to party late at Follie Douce. Les Gets itself was excellent for the range of experience in our group. Those of us with a bit more experience really enjoyed the far side of Mount Cherry where there is excellent skiing though the tree line. Plenty of blues and reds for beginners and intermediates and very small lift lines compared to Avoriaz and Morzine. If you’re an advanced skier or boarder and you don’t want to venture off-piste you may struggle for terrain after a few days. Our experience was excellent. This was our first time in Les Gets and our first time in a catered chalet and we would all happily spend another week with M&T in Chalet Novelin or one of their other properties.

Great Chalet and great foodWe spent a week at Chalet Novelin as group of 11 adults and teenagers. We had a wonderful stay and were delighted to see that M&T has gone from strength to strength since we last visited. Despite their growth they are still a friendly efficient crew who provide great accommodation and amazing food! Despite no snow when we arrived the M&T team arranged buses to Avoriaz every morning and pick ups. So we did not miss out on any skiing. The lessons / ski passes/ equipment hire all went without a hitch. Belinda was extremely organised and efficient, Ashleigh so helpful and able to solve our French bus queries. Zoe replied to every email promptly and thoroughly. The sauna and hot tub were a blessing at the end of the day.The chalet was warm clean and comfortable and each of our hosts, friendly, capable and accommodating. Big thanks to Katie, Imogen and Caitlyn and the delivery drivers who seemed to always be restocking our chalet!

Wonderful Stay at Chalet NovelinWe had a wonderful week at Chalet Novelin. The food and wine as always with the M & T team was delicious! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They arranged all our ski hire, lift passes, restaurant bookings and assisted with all the activities we took part in. We were unfortunate enough to be there at a time when the snow across the whole of the Alps region wasn't great, but this was not a problem at all because the hosts bent over backwards to take us to the neighbouring town of Avoriaz, so the skiing was great for the entire week. Later in the week, the snow came and it was a very short walk to join the slopes of Les Gets itself. Town is very close and easy to access by foot or by the B bus which passes close by. One of our party was not a skier and went hiking in the region and loved it! This was our second stay and I would definitely go back again!

Fabulous family skiing holidayThis was our second year at Chalet Rocade with Mountain and Tradition and once again it did not disappoint. Everything was well planned to ensure things ran smoothly, which they mostly did. The accommodation is in a great spot with easy access to the slopes via the regular free ski bus which stops outside. The chalet itself is clean and has everything you need including a large ski and boot room. Daisy, our chalet host was wonderful. She looked after us so well, was cheerful and very competent. Nothing was too much trouble. We couldn’t fault the food. Plenty of it and very tasty. Same menu as last year, which wasn’t a problem for us, but maybe if we return again we would want something different. We’ve done numerous catered chalet holidays in French ski resorts with different independent companies and we would rate M&T as one of, if not the best. All in all a wonderful catered chalet experience. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Great New Year BreakWe stayed in chalet rocade over New Year despite the lack of snow the M&T did all they could to ensure we all had an enjoyable stay. Thank you to Imogen who was a great host and accommodated the requests from both the kids and adults. My son loved her breakfast sandwiches! David was great at quickly sorting any maintenance issues we pointed out! The biscoff brownies (I can’t recall the name of the person who makes them) were incredible and a big hit with everyone. Would definitely recommend as a great chalet for families!

5 star stay.We stayed at Chalet la Rocade from 31st Dec with Imogen as our chalet host who was super accommodating. The chalet was lovely and accommodated 6 adults and 8 children. The food was delicious especially the tagline (Annabelle) and apple crumble (Esha). The unlimited beer and wine was great alongside the daily specials. Great 4 person Ski Chalet in the centre of Lets Gets.The M & T Chalet was perfectly located in the centre of Lets Gets, so just above the Ski hire shop and 50 M from the ski lift. Closing the outer shutters helped keep it quiet and dark for a restful sleep! It’s a compact chalet with one bathroom and separate toilet, which is sufficient as it sleeps 4 people. The food, as usual, was excellent and I decided to go vegetarian for this holiday so it was really impressive with the variety and taste. The chalet hosts Brendan and Rachel were lovely and always very cheerful and helpful with all our needs. The coffee machine was excellent and they also provided decaf filter coffee. The only thing lacking was mirrors, there was only one in the bathroom. Belinda, from the M&T team provided an excellent service by sorting out restaurant bookings (on 2 days). We had an excellent fish dish at Les Durs a Cuire, and Le Boomerang restaurant had a fantastic varied menu, and it was Australia Day when we went so it was a great party atmosphere! All round a fabulous Ski holiday!

Couldn’t recommend it more!Myself and my family stayed here for a week end of January and we have all said this is one of the best ski experiences we have had! The location of the apartment is close to local bars, restaurants, the ski lift and right above the ski shop which means you never have to walk too far. Beer, wine and soft drinks are all included. There’s also a coffee machine and soda stream too! The food was fantastic! At breakfast lots of choice of hot and cold food. In the afternoon sandwiches and the nicest cakes. The evening meal was always a delicious 3 course meal- none of us went hungry!! Lastly, we had some excellent hostesses who were really attentive so thank you Brendan, Belinda and Rachel for making our stay so lovely and stress free! ⛷️

Exceptional stay in Les GetsWe stayed in Mont Chery apartment for 4 for a week second week of January. Everything exceeded expectations. The support and organisation from Zoe pre-arrival and then Belinda during our stay was invaluable for first time skiers. They sorted everything for us at no extra charge. There was virtually no snow on arrival and the resort was largely closed, but Belinda switched our lessons to Avoriaz and laid on daily transfers and then switched us back as Les Gets got new snow. The apartment was so cosy and comfortable and the welcome and hospitality warm, friendly and efficient from the amazing Daisy, Freya and Fiona who couldn’t do enough for us. Food was all round excellent- plentiful and delicious. The apartment has its own hot tub which was well used by us - shout out to David and Josh who ensured it was cleaned and topped up throughout. Overall WOW - an exceptional stay with a great company. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience in The Alpine Loft.There were 10 of us in our party from 2 1/2 up to 71 years old . The chalet catered for everyone and we had a fantastic time. We went fully catered and the food was of a very high standard, with separate meals for the youngest. Rachel served us well and always with a smile and a laugh. She helped make us feel very welcome and nothing was too much bother for her. We were sad to leave and would happily return.

Amazing Holiday Lodge with Show Stopping FoodWe stayed at the Alpine Loft as a group of family and friends with 3 small children in tow. The M&T Les Gets team were so attentive from the very beginning and throughout our stay. Belinda our concierge was super helpful and knowledgeable. Rachel our Chalet Host was absolutely fantastic, she looked after us and the kids so well, the kids adored her (and so did all of the grown ups!). Oh and the food was out of this world, better than any catered chalet we have stayed in previously. 3 course dinners, beautifully presented and so considerate of dietary requirements, the veggie options were brill! Raph the incredibly talented chef really did spoil us with the wealth of local produce that Les Gets has to offer. The Alpine Loft was clean, cosy and spacious for our group of 8 adults and 3 kids (a mix of skiers and non skiers). The boot room downstairs had plenty space for our skis and pram. The facilities and bathrooms were luxurious and made the perfect base for our holiday. The chalet is perfectly located for access to the slopes and town centre, it's no more than a 5 min walk to the super market, spa (highly recommend a visit) and ski lifts. We will 100% be back next year and highly recommend. Must visit for non ski days: Spa des sources du chery (super affordable) Alta Lumina Notes Gourmands cafe (upstairs is great for kids) Velvette best for chocolat chaud and interiors Poterie Les Gets - get the free E shuttle bus to the end if the line, say hi to Rocky! 5 star mountain retreatOne word. WOW. We had an amazing stay at chalet Novelin the past week. Our host Georgia went above and beyond to make sure that we felt at home. Through our stay we got to meet a lot different team members of M&T and every single one of them left us with a smile on our face. The food was to die for and was well matched to some delicious wine (which is unlimited!!!!!) We were incredibly impressed at how fast the service was at any request. Both the drivers David and Josh very efficient on fixing any problems and always made sure our spa was clean and maintained! Thankyou to everyone who made our stay as brilliant as it was. We couldn’t reccomend M&T any more and can’t wait to return on another amazing holiday.

Holiday of a lifetimeI recently stayed at this Chalet and what a week, it was amazing. The standouts were the food, (especially the burgundy beef, and the tartiflette) the host, and the location. Delicious food and super service for a stay with friends!Four of us decided to have a short stay in Les Gets before the start of the ski season. We stayed in Apartment des pistes which is the 2 bedroom apartment below the one pictured here. Location ideal, 50m from the lifts and right above the hireshop in the centre of town. The main attraction though was the food! Prepared by Emma, Esha and Annabel, served by the very entertaining and attentive Rachel and Grace. We had delicious arancini, followed by chicken and leek pie with the creamiest of mashed potatoes. The winner for me was the apple crumble served with cream AND custard! The old lady who organised our lift passes and hire was knowledgeable about where to go in town and on the pistes; she also told us lots of stories about the good old days. I would definitely recommend Montagne and tradition for a hassle free, well organised trip. Thank you all!

Couldn’t have asked for more!Mountain & Tradition made our Christmas dreams come true!! We had a wonderfully festive experience in Suite des Alpes and were welcomed warmly by Fiona and Daisy. The food, chalet, and atmosphere were all beyond exceptional. The Xmas chocolate cake was to die for and the girls singing Jingle Bells along side the huge sparkler was an amazing touch! The icing on the cake was definitely getting to spend time in our outdoor hot tub!! And a massive thank you to David and Josh for keeping it sparkling clean all week:) What a week, thank you all! We shall be seeing you soon x

Highlight of my year!Everything about this week was exceptional - our hosts Fiona and Daisy went above and beyond catering for my dietary requirements. The food was brilliantly cooked and presented, afternoon tea cakes were a definite highlight. The light in my bedroom died and handyman Josh got it sorted within the hour. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a well deserved, nicely priced break in Les Gets!

C'était fantastiqueNous venons de passer une semaine de vacances dans ce chalet, c'était fantastique. Nous étions très nombreux, 5 familles avec 16 personnes en total, et nous avons choisi la demi-pension. Nous étions étonnés par leur professionnalisme et la qualité du service et des nourritures fournis, tout le monde était satisfait de ce séjour. Nous souhaitons remercier à notre hôtesse Caitlin, grâce à elle nous avons pu passer notre semaine confortablement, elle était toujours souriante, chaleureuse et professionnelle. Et aussi un grand merci à Belinda, elle était toujours là quand on avait besoin d'elle, toutes les réservations et les petites urgences étaient bien gérées par elle. Un chalet très vivement conseillé !!

Ski tripWe have 8 families in total, we have a quite big group this time for Ski . The service give us lots of surprises, for instance, the food is yummy and all good are fresh which selected from local farm with care from service team , the room are clean and nice , location is very close to the ski center . BTW, especially big thanks for Miss Caitlin who look after us whole this week , she gave us fantastic service , her smile make our trip more pleasant and great. 我们总共有8个家庭，这次我们有一大群人去滑雪。服务给了我们很多惊喜，例如，食物很好吃，都是新鲜的，都是从当地农场挑选的，由服务团队精心挑选，房间干净漂亮，位置离滑雪中心很近。顺便说一句，特别感谢凯特琳小姐这周照顾我们，她给了我们很棒的服务，她的微笑让我们的旅行更加愉快和美好。

...easiest skiing trip I have ever experienced!10 of us had a trip to France in January. It was the easiest skiing trip I have ever experienced! Everything was quick, efficient and professionally handled. The food was to die for and made the stay all the more enjoyable. The accommodation was super comfortable and relaxing, the hot tub was incredible and the position close to the lifts is a definite plus. Would 100% go back!!

Chalet des Pistes Les GetsIt was the second consecutive year that we had looked Chalet des Pistes with M&T. The whole M&T experience does run like clockwork and the effectiveness with which they operate is impressive. Chalet des Pistes was excellently hosted by Daisy and her colleagues and Belinda was an excellent point of contact to make sure that everything progressed smoothly. Daisy and her colleagues made sure that we were excellently looked after with some great food and our thanks to the whole team Well done team M&T in Les Gets PS Please upgrade the Chalet and change that Sofa!!

Brilliant Holiday and a lovely Chalet HostWe had an amazing time staying here as a group of friends for the week. The chalet is in a great place right near the piste and the centre of Les Gets so we hardly had to walk to anything. Thomas our chalet host was brilliant and made the already amazing holiday even better. It was great coming back to afternoon tea and having our breakfast and dinner organised for us - dreamy! Big shout out to Thomas for helping to make the week amazing :) The only shame was a lack of vegan options despite being told about dietary requirements in advance.

Half term ski holiday - Les GetsGreat hosts, some of the best chalet food we’ve ever had (your going to need a pretty good restaurant to do better) and copious good quality wine and other drinks. The hosts obviously had decent support from their management team too, and between just seemed to want to tweak things for you, smooth any wrinkles and simply make your holiday go well. Oh and good apartment in a fantastic location for the main lift (actually a literal snowball’s throw away), ski schools, ski shops, bars, restaurants etc. We’ll be back.

Fabulous season finaleM & T had this covered from the moment we booked to the moment we left. Nothing was too much trouble & everything ran like clockwork. all the Staff were absolutely fabulous & looked after every aspect with calmness, professional & friendliness. We were 2 families of 4 so the Chalet location was ideal for ski rental & access to the ski lifts, though could be a bit noisy late at night. The lay out of the Chalet was perfect & the food exceptional with nothing too much trouble for Thoma our host/chef. Belinda was available at all times to help sort restaurants, ski hire & much more which ultimately made for a very relaxing holiday. Even the weather worked out perfectly! First time in a catered Chalet & now fully converted! We will back. Thanks to M & T

Easter skiing Les GetsEnd of season bargain, with two confident and capable hosts (Thoma & Liam were really good), and a chalet company that really want to make your holiday work. Good wine, excellent food and a great ambience. Communication was excellent throughout, apartment was lovely, ski hire was arranged with an excellent shop underneath the apartment (Pure Experience had good equipment and let us swap as conditions changed during the week). Les Gets’s season closed during the week, which didn’t bother us as we were driving and intended to spend much of the week in Avoriaz anyway, but M&T made sure we knew that in enough time to change our plans if we wanted to. Speaking of driving, underground parking with adjacent ski locker (heated boot rack) was made available which made driving up to Avoriaz really easy. Quiet end of the village, but local Sherpa, bar, restaurant, free bus service and ski shop, and the Perrieres lift that those in the know use anyway just across the road. We’ve been with a few ski companies over the years, and M&T a few times recently. It’s a small company and the management and staff seem to work well together in looking after their guests.

Superb week in Chalet La RocadeGreat time spent in the chalet mostly due to the amazing staff. Cracking food served by the amazing Clara and Oona. Belinda was also really helpful. Chalet was split into two separate floors where you had to go outside to enter the other floor but except that it was great. Bus stopped right outside to take us to the main lifts.

Great chalet in a convenient location.We have recently returned from a week staying in Chalet La Rocade. We went as a group of family friends-16 of us in totalling ranging in ages from 1 years to 47! We took both apartments which were well equipped and appointed. The kids loved the hot tub and the games provided! The only negative, which we didn’t appreciate on booking, was that the apartments couldn’t be internalised so you had to go out the one apartment to get to the other. This wasn’t ideal for us bearing in mind the age of our children as we weren’t overly comfortable with them going to sleep in one apartment whilst we were eating dinner in the other. Otherwise the location of the apartment was convenient- a short bus ride into the centre of the resort and the buses were very frequent and on time! Our chalet host Clara was amazing. Very friendly, helpful and made our stay very enjoyable. She was great with the children too! Belinda ensured that all the extras we booked were ready and waiting for us which relieved a lot of stress. The food in the chalet was delicious. A great menu that was a hit with both adult and children. The afternoon tea cakes in particular we couldn’t get enough of!

Fabulous Apartment in Les Gets!We had a fabulous week in Chalet des Pistes, the accommodation is cosy and very comfortable and even the beds were comfortable. The location is literally a stones throw from the Chavannes bubble so perfect for quick access to the mountains and lessons etc. Our host Daisy was amazing, nothing was too much trouble and she really looked after us. The food was also outstanding. We all love our food and it really was of a high standard, somewhere between good home cooked food and a really good restaurant, probably the best catered chalet food I’ve had on a ski holiday! Finally, Belinda was also incredibly helpful, arranging restaurants for us and helping with questions whilst we were there, again nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend M&T and this apartment for a great family skiing holiday in Les Gets.

Comfortable ski chalet with a great locationOur seven person family spent a ski week here in early March. (BTW, the chalet’s name has been changed to Chalet des Pistes). The location was the best part of our stay, being 50 meters from the main ski lifts and in the center of Les Gets. The food was excellent and our chalet host, Thomas, was superb. The one drawback of the chalet is the 42 steps - it is on the top floor. There was plenty of space with a large outdoor balcony overlooking Les Gets. We would definitely consider staying at this chalet again.

AMAZING!!!!!!We stayed here for a week in March and we can't recommend enough! Everything about our stay and holiday was PERFECT and we can't wait to come back to experience Les Gets in Summer. The whole team are amazing and so helpful, which made our holiday 100% stress free, we barely had to lift a finger. Belinda and the team booked our transfers, ski passes, ski hire, restaurants, everything. The location of the chalet is probably the best in town, it's right by the lift and all the restaurants/bars/shops. We didn't realise how amazing the view was from the chalet and it was so nice to sit on the balcony and feel the vibe from the town. The food was INCREDIBLE, so delicious and such good value for money. If you're deciding between catered or non-catered, 100% go for catered. Such lovely little extra touches which we didn't expect, like Prosecco one evening and wine which was paired with the cheese. The whole team are amazing - thanks to Tommo for being the best host, Clara who was absolutely lovely covering for Tommo on his day off and Belinda who made us feel so welcome, thank you!!!!!

Would absolutely recommend!Thomas was a great host for our week long stay here. It was lovely coming back to afternoon tea and having our breakfast and dinner sorted for us so we didn't need to worry about a thing. We had a great time with Thomas, he was knowledgeable about the area and what there was for us to do in our evenings and was a great bonus to our already lovely holiday. The apartment is in a brilliant place so we hardly had to walk to the piste at all and was spacious with a great balcony too! Would absolutely recommend! The good life!Booked the Ski Gathering Solo's with Guide week which ran from 19th to 26th March 2022. I was originally booked in January but due to Covid but was moved with no hassle to March. Jana was amazing in making this work considering the nightmare it must have been. Arrived at the Les Suites and greeted by very friendly Belinda, who showed me to the suite (Mont Blanc) room 2. It was a comfortable room with all of my requests taken into account. (Could it have been cleaner?, yes! but I have extremely high standards and therefore take this comment lightly) Belinda was certainly attentive with all the guests, making sure we had everything we needed, arranging lift passes, restaurant bookings and even the lunch bookings in the mountains for each of the days. We certainly felt very looked after. The food was amazing each night and served by either Lisa, Hannah or Racheal. The were very pleasant young ladies with a lot on their plate and looking after 12 hungry people was no easy task but they did it with a certain style. My dietary needs we accommodated very well, and I did not feel like a nuisance, which was a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed coming back to the chalet after a hard days skiing to find a cute little note with a specially made sandwich with my name on it!.. That's the sort of thing that makes a holiday. The organisation of this company is second to none, communication was excellent. I communicated with Zoé and Ashleigh and once again i felt like the only client. Nothing was too much trouble. As with all places there are always a few niggly things that could have been done better, but did it take away from the other excellence?..... i'd say not. All in all a great holiday.

Late ski season at the Alpine Lodge8 of us stayed (6 adults and 2 kids) at Alpine Lodge at the end of March, to get the last of the season's skiing in before it disappears. We stayed here because it's M&T's flagship chalet, and were happy to pay the premium for what was on offer. Our host Emma was absolutely fantastic, the best host I've ever had in a chalet before. Nothing was too much trouble, she catered to our preferences without us even needing to ask, and was brilliant playing with the kids. She was also great fun - it's a great shame she couldn't hang out and have a few drinks with us. Hopefully another time, we sincerely hope our paths cross again. We also had Rachel for one meal, who was brilliant too. Very helpful and friendly, and great with the kids to boot. The chalet was great, very spacious and quiet. It was unseasonably warm the week that we stayed, so at night it was pretty hot, but opening the windows and turning the radiators down did the trick. The food selection was pretty good, and they were able to cater for a vegan guest too (some of the vegan stuff did seem like it was a little bit samey, though my wife still maintains it was brilliant). Fair play though, no other chalet has properly catered for a such a dietary requirement before. The drinks never ran out, including soft drinks, try though we might. The benches and boots area downstairs was really handy, as was the washing machine/tumble dryer. The hot tub was great too, very clean and still maintained during the week that we stayed. The WiFi is a little slow, but I was still able to do some work on my laptop during the week without issue. You can't expect superfast broadband in a ski resort anyway! In the rooms, the curtains are pretty thin, so if you want a solid night's sleep I recommend using the button to close the shutters at night. If I could give one piece of feedback - the coffee table in front of the TV is dangerous for children. It's a set of blackmonger's bellows, with a glass plate on top of some (unstable) metal supports, and the glass extends beyond the edges of the table itself. The edges are likely to cause a kid an injury at some point. Even taking away the glass plate would be an improvement, we had a few near misses over the week with the kids so we moved it out of the way in the mornings. Overall it was a fantastic trip. We probably expected very slightly more for the money, but in terms of service and help it was second to none. To sum up: Emma was amazing, she's a credit to M&T.

Family friendly holiday,A wonderful family holiday - made even better by Emma our host. She had the patience of a saint as my 3 year old grandson followed her around like a shadow and raced cars under feet. Alpine lodge was very comfortable and in a great location. My daughter's family's 4th holiday with Mountain and Tradition - our second. And we were amazed at the weeks wall to wall sunshine!

Alpine LoftA fantastic few days skiing made all the better by the delicious food and drink waiting for you upon your return from the slopes! Perfect ski weekendWe were a group of 6 women staying Thursday - Sunday. Our chalet host Emma could not have been more lovely - she was friendly, super organised and put everyone at ease and made all the house very welcome. Emma was unruffled by numerous requests for different breakfast dishes, and was the perfect balance of being great company but also hardly noticing she was there when it was 'down time'. Our meals were delicious and the Croqu’en bouche were out of this world! It was a very relaxing stay from start to finish, with Belinda being incredibly helpful both before and during the whole of our stay - booking restaurants, sharing tips on the piste, sorting our lift passes etc. Thank you - No question we will be back next year!

Perfect location, fab chalet, lovely hostsThe location of the chalet was ideal, we could easily walk to the hire shop/slopes/restaurants. The chalet was comfortable and had everything we needed (slight issue with our shower that was resolved as soon as we mentioned it). The food was all delicious (& plenty of it)! Special mention to Belinda who couldn't have done more to ensure our trip ran smoothly, even escorting us to the lift pass office to upgrade us on one of our days, and booking taxis and restaurants too. Thanks for a fab stay :-)

The Perfect HolidayWe have just returned from a perfect holiday staying in the Alpine Lodge, Les Gets. Even before we arrived our lift passes, transfers, ski hire and restaurant reservations were all organised for us. The chalet is beautiful and very close to the main slope in Les Gets. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by our lovely host Emma. She looked after us brilliantly throughout our stay and had lots of knowledge of the surrounding ski area and village. All the meals were delicious and it was a real treat to eat such high quality food (and cake!) prepared by the very talented Annie. Everything about our trip was perfect, the chalet, the staff, the food and the skiing. We can’t wait to return next year! Thank you Emma, Annie and Belinda x

When things go wrong you know how truly excellent your hosts are…….A very good modern chalet, only 5 normal walking minutes from the Chavannes lifts. Everything we needed for skiing was arranged ahead of our arrival, allowing us very quick access to the slopes. Our room had a glorious big bath tub, as well as a shower, and loads of hot water. The food was excellent, and the evening meal quality was very good restaurant standard. What really set the place apart however was the truly outstanding hosting by Belinda. Out of our group of four we had a broken leg and a broken arm, both on the first afternoon. Belinda was exceptional in sorting things out for us in every aspect. Be that hospital transfers, translating medical issues, or restaurant bookings and ski area recommendations for the two remaining skiers. I cannot speak highly enough of the very personal, friendly support and help she provided.

Amazing level customer service from start to finish.We stayed at the Alpine Loft, a group of 8 women, and could not fault any aspect of the service. Mary and Rachel were fantastic chalet hosts - nothing was too much trouble, the chalet was brilliantly equipped and the food outstanding. Belinda arranged everything for us with absolute minimum fuss and even came and skied with us - she knows all the best places and literally EVERYONE on the mountain. The admin team were brilliant as well - every email answered quickly, fully and cheerfully! We will be back!

Fabulous chalet & outstanding staffWe have had the most incredible skiing week. The chalet is fantastic, food wonderful and the chalet host Mary is so lovely and a brilliant host; nothing was too much trouble. The resort manager Belinda made sure the whole holiday ran smoothly, she organised everything for us; restaurant bookings, ski passes and airport transfers, and she even took us out skiing over to Switzerland for the day! We couldn’t have asked for more! Would definitely highly recommend and can’t wait to come back again in the future.

Fab place in an excellent locationFrom the moment we booked The Alpine Loft the M&T team of Ashleigh and Zoe were extremely helpful, particularly with the uncertainty of covid and not knowing if France were going to open their borders. The guys organised our transfers, ski hire, ski passes and even made reservations for meals out on their nights off. Thanks, Belinda! When our party of 12 (6 adults & 6 children) arrived in The Alpine Loft we were greeted with a huge smile from Belinda and introduced to our host, Mary. They were fab with us the whole week and tolerated the 6 children even at their noisiest! Rachael also filled in on Mary's day off and was also great :) The Alpine Loft is a lovely facility. Ample room in the lounge area and lots of seats there for dinner. Mary was kind enough to do 2 sittings at dinner time, one for the children and then one for the adults an hour later. This worked well. The food was very nice and the kids and adults all enjoyed it. On a few occasions Raphael would come up and explain what we were eating and this was a nice touch. The bedrooms are very nice - all spacious with nice bathrooms and toilets. A real luxury. Location is around 300m to the Chavanne 6-person chairlift which worked out perfect as we were able to get ski hire right beside there so a small walk was not an issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Alpine Loft. In fact, we have booked again for next year already so that says it all. Thanks again to the M&T Team of Ashleigh, Belinda, Jana, Mary, Rachael, Raphael and Zoe. See you all next year!

Lovely holiday but would have been amazing if food was cooked onsiteChalet Novelin proved to be a wonderful place for our family / friend holiday of 10 . Liam was a super host and was really helpful . The food was the main thing that we didn’t really enjoy . It is cooked off site and reheated and plated by the chalet host . The food was mainly casserole/ braised dishes which we didn’t enjoy. The starters were better as were the desserts . The vegetarian option was very poor which I had one night as didn’t fancy the pork cheek recipe . The cakes at tea time were on the whole lovely . The wine was really good and we all enjoyed it . The breakfasts were lovely and freshly cooked with lots of choice and nothing was too much trouble for Liam . Liam was friendly and we felt genuinely that we all had a good holiday . We were hoping the hot tub would be outside as I had read somewhere they were hoping to move it but sadly it was on the ground floor . It was dirty on the first day with a grey scum on the water line and very cloudy but Liam acted quickly to clean it and from then on it appeared clean but it was a little off putting and we shouldn’t have to ask , I assumed it would be completely cleaned and refilled between each party of guests which clearly did not happen. The bedrooms were functional and as we expected , very comfy beds . The lighting in a couple of rooms needs to be improved , I had to use a torch to see into the wardrobe ! Lovely soaps and shower gel provided .

Great service and foodProfessional and friendly service from our hosts Lisa and Hannah, from breakfast to dinner the food was always well presented, plentiful and delicious. They were informative and knowledgeable about the menu, nothing was too much trouble, couldn't fault their hosting. The apartment was very well located, warm and comfortable, pool and hot tub perfect after a day on the slopes. Belinda provided a good introduction and was always responsive to any questions. The food is excellent...Just returned from a week at Appartment de Pistes in Les Gets. Thomas was a great host and on hand for breakfast every morning, cake and sandwiches every afternoon and dinner nearly every night.. I guess he should be allowed 'some' time off... The food is excellent, centrally prepared but finished and plated by Thomas to a very high standard. The location of the apartment is extremely handy for the main lift (just a short walk across the road) and the ski hire shop (and ski locker) is right beneath the apartment. Everyone at M&T Les Gets are helpful. Belinda sorted out our ski hire and was on hand on evening 1 for questions and orientation, Ashleigh, Liam and Emma also leant a hand when needed. All in all a lovely break, with a lovely company in a lovely location.

Beautiful chalet with an located perfectly with and amazing view from the balcony. Our host Thomas with the help of Clara were absolutely fantastic. Incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome straight away. They were good fun and looked after us very well. Thomas is a top lad full of banter and Clara is lovely. Highly recommend.Thomas and Clara were both super helpful and great craic. Food was delicious and a high standard. A fabulous, fun and fantastic week of luxurious and indulgent fun and feeding.What a week! We stayed as a big family and friends group in February 2020, just before all the lockdowns and met the gorgeous Raph and Belinda who made us so welcome with Raph's fantastic cooking and Belinda's brilliant care. How could we have expected more? Well, having missed a year due to Covid we returned in February 2022 to more fabulous food and care from Belinda and Raph but yet even more of a brilliant experience made excellent by the delightful Emma. Emma immediately struck up a great relationship with all 7 kids of varying ages in the party. She then managed to be make all of us feel welcome and at home and cared for. Emma catered for our differing needs with fabulous positivity and grace, we would in fact love to join her on her end of season paragliding trip, ah, if only we could stay until then!

Large group Ski holidayWe were a group of 27, 13 adults and 14 children aged 5-15. We occupied alpine lodge & loft. Mary had the job of feeding the children in loft and did a superb job, whilst a little later the adults went across to lodge to be served some delicious meals by Emma. All the hosts were professional and friendly. I would also definitely recommend taking advantage of the take away delivery service provided on the hosts nights off. The chalet was perfect and we had a great stay, hopefully we’ll return again in the future.

FabulousMy 5th stay in the Alpine Lodge! On this visit, Covid border restrictions meant that my rescheduled holiday dates left me travelling alone but this didn’t matter. Fellow guests were friendly and the entire M+T team made sure that I wasn’t lonely, ‘match-making’ me with other solo skiers and generally being sociable to an ‘above and beyond’ degree - big shout out to Ash and Belinda on this front :) Emma did an absolutely amazing job of looking after us all and artfully serving-up Raph’s delicious menu. Breakfasts were fabulous, thank-you Emma for being super-accommodating on the egg front ;) Les Gets was, as always, stunning beautiful with well-cared for slopes and its usual extraordinarily Anglophilic welcome. Thank-you Jana and Zoe for facilitating my last-minute trip and to the entire team for yet another amazing stay. Needless to say, I will be back…

Amazing stay, fantastic people, great food!We have just returned from a long weekend with The Alpine Loft in Les Gets. What a fantastic break! Obviously great skiing in Les Gets and Morzine, made better with blue skies all weekend, but such a gorgeous chalet and overall experience from the M&T team. The team provided excellent communication in the lead-up to the trip including booking all our extras and then we were made to feel welcome from the first moment we arrived, including an introduction to a fantastic apres spot in town! Fabulous food, quality wine and most importantly, excellent cakes at afternoon tea. It was my friend's first time skiing and she is totally hooked, mostly due to the M&T team making the holiday such a great experience! Thank you Mary, Belinda, Liam and Ash - see you next season!

Just brilliant!We have just returned from the most fabulous break in The Alpine Loft with M&T. I have been fortunate enough to holiday with this fabulous company a few times now and it just gets better. Their attention to detail and organisation is outstanding and a special thanks to Zoe, Ashleigh & the fabulous Belinda for all their communication before and during our stay. This is the first time I had stayed in The Alpine Loft but it did not disappoint and our hostess Mary was an absolute superstar. Dealing with eleven very excited (middle aged women), she certainly deserved a medal. She was so friendly, professional and nothing was too much trouble for her. And then there is the food…well what can I say, it was outstanding (as always) and we didn’t go thirsty 😉😜 I highly recommend this company and I can’t wait to start organising for next year. Wonderful holiday. Perfect LocationWe stayed at the Alpine Loft with M+T and cannot recommend the accommodation, catering and staff enough. The attention to detail with the food and catering was a delight. Throughout our stay the chalet team were on hand and knowledgeable throughout for queries, recommendations and advice. Chalet was always immaculate and with a fab supply of tea, coffee, wine and beer. Prior to our arrival in resort the office team managing our booking was really efficient and organised resulting in a super smooth arrival, check-in, ski hire, passes.... just everything was sorted! This maximised our time on the slopes, which on a short break is important!! Highly recommend M+T and Les Gets!!

Absolute Perfection in Les GetsWe had the absolute pleasure of staying here for a very last minute trip to Les Gets as a family. In short - We hit pure gold…..the apartments are everything you could possibly need for a trip to this stunning town (and that also includes pool, hot tubs, boot rooms, laundry etc) - Perfectly appointed, very clean and very comfortable apartments, which are perfect for families and groups alike. However, the ‘icing on the cake’ of this wonderful accommodation is the team that looked after us. From the incredibly helpful and flexible booking process with Jana, to the overwhelmingly warm welcome, and ‘local oracle of knowledge’ that is Belinda, to the incredibly kind, caring and ‘no request is too much’ hospitality from Hannah and Lisa (honestly, the very best chalet hosts you could wish for). We will be back, without a doubt, mostly for the wonderful apartments, but mostly for the incredible people that looked after us. Can’t thank them enough for making our trip amazing.

Another amazing holiday at the Alpine LoftWe are just back from another amazing holiday at the Alpine Loft in Les Gets, and yet again we cannot fault anything! The chalet is perfectly located, modern, clean, toasty warm and has everything you need, including many extra homely touches such as a washing machine, games and a bluetooth speaker. The food is absolutely delicious, plentiful and always cooked fresh on the day and you can help yourselves to tea, coffee and a variety of wines and beer. The staff are all absolutely lovely - a special mention to Mary our host this year who looked after us so well, and also Ashleigh and Belinda! The whole team cannot do enough to help you, from the first enquiry through to when you arrive and during your stay - they are so welcoming and always on hand with recommendations of where to go on and off the slopes. They also effortlessly help arrange all the extras such as airport transfers, lift passes and equipment hire, if needed. We also love that M&T are doing their bit for the environment by sourcing local food, reducing food waste (you order specifically what pastries you would like for breakfast) and they encourage everyone to switch the lights off when not in use... little things that can make all the difference. I couldn't recommend M&T more highly. It's lovely to support a small business who care about what they do and work hard to provide first class customer service. Looking forward to next time!

Fantastic Stay in Les Gets!We stayed in the Alpine Lodge and have to say it was truly Amazing - Emma, our host was accompanied by Mary and did everything to make up feel right at home . Belinda looked after all the ski hire and lift passes and transfers to make it as easy as possible . From the minute you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome in this very relaxing and beautifully finished chalet. The food was incredible, the outdoor hot tub aided and abetted by lovely beers and wines. One of our party had to cancel the day before due to a covid positive test and Ashleigh was really thoughtful and efficient at sorting it all out from their end. Thanks too to Rafael and Jana for the very tasty fondue and killer local brew! Would have no hesitation in coming back and recommending a stay here!

Amazing week with M&T!Last-minute we booked a family room with M&T, room number 4 in the Alpine Lodge. Emma was our amazing host that week. Wow, she really knows how to make you feel at home! She took care of us (family of 4, 2 kids of 4 and 6) so well! The food was amazing, the chalet beautiful, the hot tub a big fat bonus, the welcoming of Belinda was warm and clear, and the help M&T offered before we arrived to book our ski pass and lessons was just perfect. Our holiday was relaxed and fun because of M&T. And again, a big shoutout and thank you to Emma, you've been amazing!!

If Carlsberg did ski holidays...When you get to a certain age, and you go on a ski holiday, you would like to be collected at the airport, have someone organize your ski gear and passes, make delicious meals for you and have an 'all you can drink' bar in a very comfortable and well-located chalet, with a hot tub. That about summarises our holiday in The Alpine Lodge. Excellent and prompt pre-tour communications, very comfortable and well-appointed lodgings and close proximity to the ski lifts made for a very relaxing trip. Our chalet minder, Emma, could not have been more helpful, and she prepared delicions meals. Belinda made us feel very welcome and had organised the ski passes and ski gear for us, that we could get to the slopes with no delay. All we had to do was ski and enjoy ourselves. Highly recommended.

Top class HospitalityFrom the moment we arrived until we left, we couldn’t find fault with our stay. The quality of the chalet was superb with every detail considered. The rooms were very comfortable and the living and dining area spacious. The chalet is very conveniently located a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Les Gets and the ski lifts. We took full advantage of the hot tub, no better way to relax after a days skiing. The breakfast was delicious and the dinners were a highlight of the stay. The hospitality from Emma, Belinda and Jana and Raphael was superb and we hope to be back soon.

Best chalet I've been toWe booked chalet Novelin for a skiing trip very last minute due to the covid travel changes in France. We were not disappointed! Most straight forward and hassle free ski holiday I have ever had! Following our equipment fitting in the village our skis and boots were brought up to our chalet and collected from there at the end of our holiday which saved us having to transport them awkwardly ourselves. The chalet is very close to the slopes through a slight off piste section 50m outside the door but you can also take a short walk to the piste just 5 minutes away. Our chalet host Liam was the most friendly and welcoming host we have had. He made us feel very much at home and nothing we asked was ever a bother for him! Les Gets is a great resort with many slopes of varying difficulty for all skiers! We will be back!

Lovely LiamWe had a great time last week in Chalet Novelin as a group of 5 skiers. We booked last minute when the French travel restrictions were relaxed and felt we were well looked after by M&T. Despite the short notice (48 hours), Ashleigh was able to organise our transfers, ski passes, and ski hire without any issues. In the resort, our rep Belinda met us at the chalet on arrival and was able to make reservations for us at local restaurants for our chalet host’s nights off. She was also able to recommend places for lunch on the slopes. Liam our chalet host made us feel at home from night one. The food was at a very high standard, from cooked breakfasts each morning to the delicious 3 course evening meals. He even provided us with sandwiches to take up the slopes with us. On our return from the slopes each day, we looked forward to the afternoon cake followed by a dip in the chalet’s hot tub. The chalet was ideally located in the resort. Turning to your right outside the chalet, and walking over a little bridge, takes you to within 50 yards of the slopes (beginners can take a bus from just up the road). It’s also a 10 minute walk downhill into the village (if you take Belinda’s short-cut). Overall a very enjoyable trip and we would definitely return to chalet Novelin again.

Highly recommended stay with great host / chalet companyHad a fantastic experience at Chalet Novelin last week. A group of 5 of us stayed. It is clean, spacious and close to all amenities. We enjoyed the ski in ski out option as well as the after ski jacuzzi and sauna option. The food on offer was beautiful, varied and cooked well, always. Liam our chalet host was a great guy, attentive and informative at all times. Nothing was too much and his attention to detail and knowledge of the area is to be commended. Belinda was also of great help in coordinating everything for us including transfers, ski hire and lift passes. Both are professional but also great fun. We would certainly return and recommend this company to all. David

Perfect time in Les GetsFrom the moment of arrival in Les Gets you know that M&T are going to look after you. We were met in the apartment by Thomas who was to be our host for the week and he immediately set about making us feel welcome. Thomas was on hand for breakfast every morning, cake and sandwiches every afternoon and dinner nearly every night.. I guess he should be allowed 'some' time off... The food is excellent, centrally prepared but finished and plated by Thomas to a very high standard. Beer wine and soft drinks are all included (they will even provide tonic so make sure you stock up on gin on the way over in the duty free. The location of the apartment is extremely handy for the main lift (just a short walk across the road) and the ski hire shop (and ski locker) is right beneath the apartment. The only downside of the location is the proximity to the bars but after a few tiring days on the slopes we stopped noticing. Everyone at M&T Les Gets are helpful. Belinda sorted out our ski hire and was on hand on evening 1 for questions and orientation, Ashleigh, Liam and Emma also leant a hand when needed. All in all a lovely break, with a lovely company in a lovely location.

What made the holiday special was the service provided by the M&T team , it was all 1st class , everything from ski lessons to ski hire and ski passes organised for . The star of their team was Tom who was our host who put top class food and service all done with a smile and wouldn’t allow us lift a finger . The Perfect VacayThe Alpine Lodge and Loft was comfortable, cozy and stylish, and convenient to everything and everywhere. Everything was at our fingertips. Food was prepared by a chef, clearly a PASTRY chef who prepared great meals, wonderful cakes. Concierge Belinda made sure the visit was as perfect as could be. I will definitely be back, can't think of a better place to spend a week, and maybe more.

We'll be backStaying in Chalet La Rocade with Mountain & Tradition made for a great snow boarding holiday 2014. Jana, Raph and the team have a very well run business which started for us with our transfer from Geneva airport. Our lift passes were ready for us and the ski/board hire is done in-chalet on the first day which saved us lots of queuing vs pervious stays in les gets! The Chalet is only a very short walk from an express chair lift which is nice and quiet - we were the first on some of the runs after some good snow fell. The town centre is only a short walk away which was perfect for stretching the legs after a full day. Every day we were welcomed back to the chalet with fresh cake followed by a soak in the hot tub. The food was exceptional, from a hearty breakfast fixed by our chalet host Chris to a superb 3 course meal. Chris did a wonderful job with our meals - his recipes are very original and cooked to perfection (especially the exotic cake!). My only complaint is that I had to go home at the end of the week. 10/10 and we'll be back next season

Summer in Les GetsWe stayed in the Alpine Lodge and had a brilliant time. We were really well looked after by Ashleigh who could not have been more helpful both before we arrived and while we were there. The food was absolutely delicious every night and the breakfasts were also superb! Can understand why they keep getting great reviews! We would love to stay with them again, even just for the food!The chalet itself was also really nice and comfortable, would happily have stayed longer in it too.

Fab!Had a wonderful week at Chalet La Rocade. Were looked after much too well by Chris & Shaz, Jana and Raph. Gorgeous ( and copious) food and cake, a well stocked fridge, lift passes on arrival (so no queuing), ski kit delivered to the door not to mention the easy transfers to and from Geneva all contributed to making our holiday enjoyable and memorable. The hot tub was also welcome after a hard day on the slopes. The snow was great and there is a very quiet ski lift only a few minutes from the Chalet which made getting to the slopes very easy. Hopefully we will be back for some of that Pear & Almond Tart - as well as to ski.

...beyond stunningChalet Du Coin is beyond stunning, the entire chalet was rebuilt from the ground up at the end of 2019, twice the size that it was previously. The photos on google are up to date, but Google Street View shows the OLD chalet, so do not go by that, the new chalet is twice that size! The owners are amazing, helpful people. We spent an amazing summer week in Les Gets touring the local villages with our younger children, whilst our Teenagers had a blast Mountain Biking all week. The chalet is right next door to a bakery and the best pizza take away in Les Gets, the best bars in town are 2 minutes walk away, as are the local shops and supermarket. Parking & bus stops are right outside the chalet, and the main lift is 3 minutes walk. I cannot fault a thing, i look forward to returning in the Ski season.

Best Trip Ever!Our family of 5 traveled with another family of 4 to Les Gets for the first time over Spring Break. There were 5 boys between 7-11 and two sets of parents. I don't know where to begin describing how exceptional our week in Les Gets with M&T truly was. Leading up to the trip, communication was excellent for a type A planner like myself. All requests and timelines were laid out in advance regarding food choices, rental equipment, lessons, reservations for the two dinners out. All questions and requests were answered so kindly and professionally. When we arrived at Chalet La Rocade, we were greeted by our lovely Chalet host, Oona, with a smile on her face. We then were greeted at lunch by Belinda from M&T. Belinda ushered us through our equipment rental so efficiently, it was a breeze. Belinda made a few visits to our chalet to go through so many helpful details, including: suggesting where to eat lunch on the mountain, booking reservations for lunches, arranging transportation to ski on the Swiss side of the mountains, giving us ski tips on the trail map, booking a massage, and just giving us a good laugh/company. The food at the Chalet was 5 stars. Oona prepared everything to perfection, and on most nights, I heard at least one of the boys mutter 'that was the best x I have ever had in my life.' Oona was so quiet when she came in the mornings to prepare our daily breakfast feast, and met our chaotic family start to the day with patience and warmth. Oona was always prepared to meet whatever requests came her way, kept the chalet tidy, and was an absolute pleasure to spend the week with. The Chalet itself was charming. It was clean, modern, and had all of the amenities that we needed. I loved the boot room where our boots and gloves were warmed and waiting for us each day. As in the description, the Chalet is approximately 1 mile from town, but a short walk to the closest lift. This was great for our family because we didn't want to be in the center of the noise, but we wanted convenience and quick access to it when needed. I am so excited about coming back, whether it is next year or the following, and I look forward to sharing all of the details of this fabulous place and company with my friends back home. Cheers to M&T!

Great for a mixed group of friends and familyWe were a mixture of friends and family, with varying numbers of days stay, with 11 in total staying during our 7 nights. The organisation and top local tips provided by the team at M&T was fantastic. For food, we opted for the Chalet Kitchen delivery service, which kept our meals to a high standard with flexible eating times, allowing us to enjoy the Apres and hot tub after a big day on the slopes. Special mention goes to Raphael, Jana, Ashleigh and Belinda.

The staff were incredible (special shout out to Katie, Lara and Tallulah!) helping us organise every detail from breakfast and dinner times as well as booking a dinner out and showing us the best places in town for a drink! They also gave us great advice for the best way to get down to the slopes from the chalet which was so helpful! Also a massive thanks to Ashleigh who was emailing with myself beforehand helping me organise every tiny detail and answering all my concerns! Great family ski holiday in Chalet du CoinJust returning from a great week in Les Gets staying in chalet du coin. From start to finish M&T were fantastic to deal with. The booking process was really simple and they organised all of our ski essentials from ski hire lessons and transfers. We were 2 families travelling together with 3 children and the chalet was spacious enough for all of us. The decor in the chalet was modern and up to date. The hot tub was great after a day skiing. Lara our chalet host was amazing - breakfast set out at the time we requested every morning, even taking special requests from the kids! She was also good at giving us tips on where to eat on the chalet hosts night off and where to ski. In the evenings she was a great host whilst serving dinner always making sure we had everything we needed.

An amazing week at Chalet La RocadeWe spent a fantastic holiday week with family and friends (11 of us, including 7 kids). Fabulous, first class, five stars!What a fabulous skiing holiday the six of us had! First class service! Huge thanks to Ashleigh, Belinda and the rest of the team. They organised our travel to and from the airport and our lift passes and anything that we needed throughout the week was delivered, all with a smile and a friendly chat! Thanks to Matt the “ski equipment hire” man who fitted our skis and boots at the chalet. Efficient & friendly (again organised through M&T). The chalet itself was clean and spacious and so well located, directly opposite the bus stop. A quick bus ride and you were at the foot of the slopes and then a lovely blue run back at the end of the day. A short walk over the road and we were back at the chalet for a relaxing hot tub and scrummy piece of cake! The food was amazing! Beautiful cakes and the wine flowed very well all week! I can honestly say there was nothing to complain about! Everything was 5 star and we will definitely return next year! Thanks again!

Perfect location great place for families.We stayed with our two kids 3 years & 9 months and two family friends (6 in total). Nothing was to much for Ashleigh to arrange for us and it was all so prompt including ski passes, high chairs, even the food from Chalet Kitchen was brilliant. I sent my snowboard out early by courier where they brought it to the Chalet for me on arrival! We will be back!

great chaletI have recently returned from a 4 night break at the Alpine Lodge and can honestly say its the best ski chalet i have visited. Great location only a short walk from the main lift and town centre with a free bus stopping directly outside. The chalet itself was large and spacious and was of a great standard and very clean.All the staff were fantastic and made our stay even more pleasurable. Communication was good from point of booking right up untill we left. The standard of the food was unbelievable and much better than i had been used to before. Would definitely look forward to returning again, overall our best ski trip to date.

Fabulous ChaletWe rented the chalet - 15 ladies - for a mixed ability ski trip. We stayed in the Alpine Loft which is the sister chalet next door to the Alpine Lodge. Fabulous weekwe had an amazing week at the alpine lodge, the chalet was perfect, clean comfortable and most importantly not too hot!!!! xc the hosts were great and had even learned our morning coffee order after a couple of days!!! the hot tub was amazing and enjoyed by kids and adults alike (the cocktails for the adults were a definite bonus) we will definitely be returning! thanks again xx

Always ImprovingHaving returned from our 4th visit year The Alpine Lodge continues to improve year after year . It was a great place the first time but the “tweeks” have made it better and I’m sure in the future it even more so . Originally the food was what impressed me and still does . Perfect week at The Alpine LodgeOur first visit to Les Gets & The Alpine Lodge. We will definitely be back. A fabulous chalet, spacious & very comfortable with all you could need to spend a week on the slopes. Alpine loftJust got back from a fab week staying at the Alpine Loft in Les Gets. A great chalet, a great location and great host which were always on hand to help, nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable chalet with excellent cateringThe chalet is well located on the edge of Les Gets. With enough snow you can ski back to the chalet which we could do on three occasions. We took the flexicatering option with 3 out of 6 days catered. This worked out fine and we still had too much cake and leftovers! The hot tub was great with the kids. Apparently to be moved next season from the basement to outside which will be even better. It's about 10 minutes walk to town, which is okay. Breakfast was good enough for us, we bough some local ham and cheeses ourselves. We swapped the wines for an upgraded package. Wish we could do the same for the beers! Great stay!

Fantastic location & chalet hostGreat chalet and if snow is good you can ski in/ski out. Chalet host was great. Lots of space in the main public area and bedrooms decent size but bathrooms in bedrooms small. The chalet has a jacuzzi which is an added bonus!

Perfect choiceWe were lucky enough to take advantage of a cancellation at this property, and it was a great chance encounter. We stayed for just a few days, but from the moment we arrived, our every need was taken care of by the amazingly friendly and hard-working staff. Top class chalet!I stayed for a week in January with a mixed group of friends and I cannot speak highly enough of the Alpine Lodge, it was really fantastic. I've stayed in great accommodation in other resorts but this was by far the best. The chalet itself is modern but with a traditional alpine feel, it's finished to a very high spec, is super comfortable and was immaculately clean at all times. There is convenient ski and boot storage. The hot tub is one of the best I've ever used. But it's the excellent service that sets it apart; communication throughout the booking process made everything very easy for our mixed group, and the staff in the chalet were the BEST! Belinda was superb, and looked after the non-skiing member of our group particularly well. Lara and Emily were fab, but George was our main man and went above any beyond, remembering all our names and our preferred drinks, even topping up our drinks while we were in the hot tub! The highlight of the chalet is the food; Raph consistently amazed us with fabulous meals each evening, even the pre-dinner snacks were delicious. Top holidayFrom the time of booking we were always very kindly helped by Ashleigh and all information about the trip was provided. When we arrived earlier than anticipated, we were warmly welcomed by Belinda who showed us around the beautiful chalet, our ski passes were also arranged by her. From then on it was only enjoying the anticipated luxury and the delicious food that Lara and Katie prepared for us. Further extra wishes from us were always carried out with pleasure. Une semaine de rêve!On a passé 1 semaine de pur rêve aux Gets en famille grâce à cet appartement entièrement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et grâce au service incroyable de M et T. Katie, la jeune femme qui s'occupait de tout (petit déjeuner, apéro le soir et dîner) était très discrète et tout simplement adorable. Elle était sans cesse à l'écoute et nous chouchoutait avec des petits détails. Les repas étaient très bons quoique un peu copieux pour nos goûts. En résumé c'était les meilleures vacances qu'on n'ait jamais passé aux Gets et on y va depuis un bon bout de temps! M et T nous offre le confort d'un hôtel tout en nous donnant l'impression d'être chez soi. On reviendra certainement l'année prochaine!

Very Comfortable Chalet for FamiliesOur family group of 8 stayed here for a week of skiing in early February. It is a very comfortable chalet with plenty of space and excellent amenities. The hot tub and sauna on the ground floor was well appreciated by all. We stayed at the proprietors' flagship Chalet - Alpine Lodge - last year and had a truly exceptional experience as the meals were prepared every night by master chef Raf. This chalet is hosted but the meals are prepared off-site and heated up by the chalet host. Thus they are primarily casserole type dishes, with a main course and separate dish of vegetables. Jan 2020 Ski TripWe stayed in Chalet Novelin on a family ski trip in March 2019 and enjoyed it so much returned with friends in January 2020. The food was excellent and the team could not have been more helpful in arranging ski hire, passes, etc. They had birthday cakes on hand for two nights and nothing we asked for was any trouble. Excellent chalet with great serviceStayed with our two young children and family friends. Chalet facilities were very good with plenty of space for the eight of us. The flexi-catering option of having ready to reheat meals delivered each morning was excellent for fitting around looking after the kids and allowing them to eat at different times to the grown ups, the quality of the food was excellent and included wine was very drinkable. The support staff couldn't have been more helpful and went above and beyond to make our trip wonderful. Chalet is very conveniently located for the bus into the centre of the resort or nearby chair lift with easy blues finishing only a few hundred metres away.

A perfect ChaletA perfect Chalet very cozy and homely, balcony's with lovely views of the surrounding area. Near to the ski lifts only a 400m walk, ski equipment can be stored overnight at Delavay Ski Shop hire only 100m from ski lifts so there is no lugging of heavy ski equipment. Spa at the Marmotte Hotel is only a 2 minute walk from Chalet so ideal if you want to soothe any aching muscles after a day of ski-ing. Chalet is a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants in the pretty alpine resort of Les Gets so all that you need is nearby, locals are very friendly and welcoming. Weekly torch light ski-ing display is worth watching from the Apres ski bar in centre of resort, whilst free mulled wine is offered to spectators. Chalet staff are friendly and polite, will cater to any dietary requirements that you may have and assist with any queries that you have regarding your holiday. Bedroom had ensuite bath and shower, which was great to have the choice of both.

Chalet La RocadeThis is our 6th visit to Les Gets, and again it did not disappoint. The Chalet was spotlessly clean and ready on our arrival ( even thou we arrived 3 hours early). Nothing is too much trouble and Jana, Rapha and their team have thought of everything and even if they haven't they will try to accommodate any request you have. There was even a Christmas tree waiting for us. The kids were super impressed the wifi connected as soon as we arrived as we have stayed in this exact chalet previously. The Ski bus stops right outside the chalet if you need to go into the centre of town ( ie ski school ) but if not the Perriere Lift is a 3-4 minute walk away. I can't recommend highly enough using Chalet Kitchen for their wonderful food. Not the easiest of a small group with one child, one vegetarian and 2 adults but the food that arrived was varied, delicious and plentiful , not to mention the amazing afternoon cakes . Plus the fridge is stocked on your arrival and wine & beer already chilling in the fridge. We will be back for sure . Wonderful wonderful Ski Company & Food delivery service . 5 Stars *****

Alpine Loft, Les GetsWe stayed at the Alpine Loft courtesy of M&T Les Gets Chalets. We were a group of 14 including kids and chose the fully catered option to include continental breakfast, afternoon tea and 2 course evening meal and chalet host. The chalet was brilliantly located and had everything you could need including towels and bedding. The meals were fantastic and the staff were all so helpful and obliging. Big thanks to Belinda who helped me with arranging appointments and trips, Marie who was just a delight and Katie who stepped in on Marie’s days off and couldn’t do enough to help. The food is 5* restaurant quality with Raphael and Victor showing off great culinary skills. Its only a 5 Min walk to the town for the chair lifts, bars and restaurants. Brilliant companyThe chalet is great but the company have just got everything fine tuned to make it a hassle free holiday. Can't fault them. I had some specific questions (that were important to us) and each was thoroughly and thoughtfully answered. We had the Flexi catering option and this was amazing. All the pros of being catered but without the loss of privacy of has someone else in the chalet. The portions were super generous and the ability to 'top up' on any of the breakfast items by just emailing and it magically arrived the next morning! We found we had enough for lunches as well and barely bought anything else. The chalet location is great. Quiet but only 10 mins walk into town or few mins on the bus the stops end of road every half an hour. We were staying right at the end of season

Amazing holiday!This was our first time taking our 3 young children (6, 3 and 1) skiing, we weren't expecting it to be relaxing but thanks to M&T Les Gets it's the best family holiday we've ever been on! The organisation by Ashleigh was fantastic (all lessons, ski passes, ski hire etc). Our chalet host, Elise, was brilliant, really friendly, happy to answer our questions and lovely to the children. The food was phenomenal, we are really missing it!!!! The chalet itself was perfect, plenty of space and we really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. It was very easy to get to town, either walking or on the bus and, thanks to the storage at the hire shop in town, we never had to carry equipment with us! The resort was perfect for families, so much for the children to enjoy. We will definitely be back 👍😊 Thank you to everyone at M&T Les Gets for such an amazing holiday!

Ashleigh was fantasticWe stayed for a week at The Alpine Loft having travelled as 2 families. Booking was simple and Ashleigh was fantastic with booking all the added extras (airport transfers, ski school, ski hire, lift passes and even a table at a restaurant). She responded very quickly to emails which was brilliant. The chalet itself is modern, functional, in a great location (short walk to main lift or there is a bus stop right outside for tired legs) and really well equipped for families. Our chalet host was Emily who shared her knowledge of the local area, was meticulous with serving our meals, got involved with evening games and was FANTASTIC with the children. She even sourced me a potty for my 2 year old! I would not hesitate to recommend The Alpine Loft and infact, already have to friends. This was our first family ski holiday and it did not disappoint. We will definitely return as Les Gets itself is perfect for what we currently want and the catered chalet really suited us with a young family. Mountain & Tradition have great accommodation, delicious food, fantastic customer service and are an all round superb company to book and stay with- thanks to all who made our holiday such an enjoyable one.

Didn't want to leave!Didn't want to leave! That's how awesome the stay was. Hats off to hostess Belinda and chef Raf. Belinda is the definition of the consumate hostess - we wanted for nothing + she just sparkles. And the chef kept us so well fed with stunning haute cuisine that returning home to my own cooking was a disappoinment! If that wasn't enough, the house itself is gorgeous (spotless, chic, roomy, new, super modern, comfy, plush and minimalistic at the same time) and perfectly located near the main ski lift and all the town action. Standing ovation to the whole team that runs this chalet. Phenomenal experience.

I’ll be back!Thanks for a WONDERFUL stay! Right from booking, everything was so well organised with Jana offering to help organise transfers, lift passes etc which made it so easy to get skiing straight away. The chalet is a few easy minutes walk to the chavannes lift or mon chery. The chalet is super comfy and luxurious. We were utterly spoiled by Belinda, Sean, Amanda and not to mention Raf’s cooking. Lovely weekWe had a fab week staying here which was helped by a comfortable chalet that was conveniently located near the shops and lift station. Alison, our chalet host, could not have done more to help. The booking was easy and communications were easy throughout. We had a blip with the hot tub one evening after a power surge and even though it was the staff day off, someone was around to fix the problem within 15-20 minutes. Excellent service. The food was good every night. Very tasty and plentiful. I personally would like more in the way of additional veg/salad, but we bought this and the lovely Alison prepared and served it up with our meal. All in all a lovely week and we would definitely return/recommend. Thanks again Alison

Fantastic ChaletChalet Novelin is one of the nicest chalets we have stayed in, light, comfortable, with great views, with 4 equally ample sized bedrooms, very comfortable beds . Because the team at M & T work so well together and Ashleigh and Elise could answer all our questions on local transport, walks etc for the non- skiers, and the beautiful meals were always on time, so it made our stay very relaxing and homely. Ashleigh had been in contact before the trip and arranged lift passes, ski hire and lessons for those who required them. One in our party had to return home early due to illness, and Ashleigh was very helpful providing all info and booked a transfer to make the journey home seamless. Will return!Stylish Catered Chalet with Michelin Standard Food & Top Service Review of The Alpine Lodge. Reviewed today We enjoyed a fabulous stay at this stylish, contemporary, catered chalet. It is ideally located, close to the centre (300m from the main Chavannes Express Lift) but far enough removed from the buzzy main square to allow for a peaceful nights sleep. Rooms are compact but have all you need & are decorated with consideration & flair. Beds & bedding are super comfy, bathroom fittings high quality, & toiletries courtesy of posh French brand L'Occitane. The open living space is airy & chic with a cosy but spacious lounge area & funky kitchen /diner. There's also a terrace with hot tub. Where the chalet really excels though - is food. The 4 course dinners are of Michelin star standard - perhaps not surprising given chef/proprietor Raphael's culinary pedigree. He trained at noted Thonon-Les-Bains Catering School & served time at a number of gourmet establishments including 2 Michelin starred Patrick Guilbaud in Dublin. Dishes were innovative, creative & beautifully presented (in addition to being packed with flavour). Sous Chef Victor cooked for us one evening & the meal was equally accomplished & mouth watering. Both chefs were fun & charismatic to boot. We didn't meet Pastry Chef Vanessa but cannot go without applauding her incredible puddings, we were all begging for the recipes! Accompanying wines were also excellent (& free flowing). There was always an array of tasty sweets & savouries on offer for Afternoon Tea & breakfasts were superb - we loved the variety & creativity of dishes on offer. The other big plus here is the top grade service. Perhaps due to this being a family owned operation (Raphael as chef, wife Jana in the office) Alpine Lodge benefits from the attention to detail & personal touch that can only be found in such hands-on businesses where management is fully invested. These guys care about customer satisfaction, & they invest in capable, friendly staff who also care. Hosts Belinda, Shaun & Amanda were all charming company & provided fun, friendly & efficient service without ever being intrusive. They also did a stellar job of keeping the chalet ship shape & utterly immaculate. The behind the scenes team (Jana & Ashleigh) need credit for a great job done too, with emails responded to quickly & services like transfers & ski passes speedily arranged. Fair to say we had a wonderful time & would highly recommend Alpine Lodge. Will return!

Brilliant Ski LodgeGiven the length of some of the previous reviews, it’s my intention to keep this one pretty succinct. It’s fair to say that we enjoyed an amazing experience from start to finish and we’d 100% recommend the Alpine Lodge. Superb catered ski chalet for the discerning travellerI have just returned from a quick ski trip with friends to Les Gets, staying at Mountain & Tradition's Alpine Lodge. This was our first foray to Les Gets. The company website read well and the experience we had whilst there was every bit as good as their website suggested. From our initial enquiry to making the booking Jana and Ash were quick to respond in person {the beauty of booking with a small family owned enterprise}. The shuttle service booked via M&T was and efficient time effective way of travelling the hours transfer to Les Gets. As it's a small shuttle minibus our driver was able to depart Geneva Airport as soon as we made our way to the Arrivals Hall, without having to wait for a coach full of other resort guests and their luggage. A culinary delight! First class accommodation.Just returned from a short break in Les Gets staying at the Alpine Lodge. Great accommodation, so comfortable, delicious food. Our hostess Belinda was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Being served drinks whilst in the hot tub was a real treat. The food was first class, especially the canapés before dinner. Loved the Chefs description of the food being served each evening. Everyone's dietary requirements were well catered for. Loved the freshly chopped fruit with breakfast and the smell of warm croissants welcoming us every morning. Such a comfortable bed, loved the wardrobe light, activated by the sliding door and the electronic window blind. A great ski break. Les Gets and the Alpine Lodge will be at the top of my list for a return trip! A big thank you to all the staff for making our trip so perfect!

Lovely placeThis was my family's first experience with a catered ski lodge. All five adult members of our group had a superb experience. A fully catered lodge is where pretty much everything is provided for. The Lodge can arrange airport pick-up, ski equipment rental and ski passes, and ski school (although we arranged for ski school on our own), which we happily availed ourselves. Everything was flawlessly handled - the equipment rental service came to the Lodge, the ski passes were given to us at the Lodge. A shout-out to Ashleigh for steering us through everything. Fantastic holidayLiterally just back from a week in Les Gets staying in the Chalet du Coin We have been to Les Gets and Morzine areas a few times but this was the first time that we had stayed in the village. The location is superb ideally located just a 2 minutes walk from 1. The ski locker room ( we used Sport 2000) 2. The ski school offices ( again we used Ecole de Ski 360) 3. The chair lift and bubble 4. The pub (Bear) This should be enough for you to actually book this chalet without asking anymore questions however I will continue. Our chalet host for the week was Ellen who was excellent. (We also had Alison when Ellen had a day off and she was also excellent) Friendly, amiable and good fun. She looked after us very well and made sure that we always had whatever we needed as well as making sure that she offered us advice on any events or perhaps slopes to ski and they best time to do so. The chalet is very well laid out ( we took the whole place as a family group of 12) and even has its own bar,sauna and hot tub! The bedrooms were simple but comfortable and clean. Each bedroom has its own en suite too. Gastronomically they are slightly different in that M&T prepare the food off site and its delivered daily to be cooked by your host. We found that this worked very well and also meant that it was a more relaxed atmosphere for the chalet host at meal times. The food itself was very very good. Every day the bowls and plates were left empty but you never had that uncomfortable full up feeling of eating too much that quite often is associated with ski trips. They have portion control nailed. Mostly main course and starters although some days there was either nibbles before of a cheese board after. They were also very good at catering for 2 fussy teenagers in our group. Breakfast was hearty and always included a cooked option and the cake/ breads in the afternoon do nothing for your waistlines - especially the sort of snickers cake which went very quickly. A ready supply of juices , beers and wine top the whole experience off. Wednesday is the hosts day off but cake / breakfast is left for you to use and whilst we did eat out there was an option to book something in house. Would we stay again ? In a heartbeat. Thoroughly enjoyed it and only sad that its over for another year

Great chalet, great food, great host(s)M&T put on a fantastic holiday through every step from initial enquiries through to departure. Booking process was incredibly straightforward with very prompt communications (thank you Ashleigh). Transfers were slick, ski passes ready on arrival, and the chalet immaculate for our arrival. Food was so well considered and absolutely delicious. The menu was varied but always spot on for refuelling after a day on skis. Our chalet was hosted by Ellen. Her energy and enthusiasm were infectious and her extensive knowledge of the ski runs very valuable. Chalet well equipped with hot tub and sauna. 5 min walk to ski rental (Intersport) and the main ski lifts. Lovely holiday so thank you all at M&T.

Absolutely perfectA fabulous weeks' skiing made perfect by staying in the outstanding Chalet Novelin. We couldn't have expected more from the Chalet experience, the hostess (Elise) was great, adapting to our family needs (early breakfast to make sure the kids got to ski school on time) and an early dinner. The booking and support via Ashleigh at M&T was easy and despite our many questions and last minute requests for ski hire, everything was organised to perfection. Brilliant chalet, superb cateringFeb half term 2019. Our expectations were high and we were not disappointed with either the chalet or the M&T team. The chalet was exceptionally clean (we had the upper floor - 3 adults and 3 kids) and the team very welcoming. All the food was fantastic and we wanted for nothing! To top up or change anything was really easy. Location wise perfect.. near the lift less than 10 mins in ski boots... or bus stop right outside. No complaints - we will be back. Thanks guys.

What a fantastic chaletWhat a fantastic chalet, with a great host and amazing food, add to this the fabulous views, close proximity to the slopes oh and the hot tub and sauna ... couldn't think of anything to improve a family skii holiday. The organisation via M&T was brilliant, with all our last minute requests for ski hire and skiing lessons sorted and made easy. This 5 bed chalet was perfectly located, perfectly spacious for the 2 families and perfectly hosted by the lovely smiley Ellen. Mountain & Traditional who run this Chalet have managed to create the perfect balance by providing great food cooked off-sight, delivered and then served/hosted by a great Chalet Host who then tidies everything away and leaves for the evening giving us the time and space to then unwind after a massive days skiing or walking. And its the same for breakfast - you decide what time you'd like breakfast and along comes the lovely Ellen and sets it all up for us, tidies away and then leaves again. Perfect ! I can't express

Family Ski Trip - Fantastic ChaletWe enjoyed a great three generation family holiday in the Chalet du Coin. Great location near centre of village, ideal for the children who did not have far to reach the slopes. From start to finish everything was superb. Not sure whether to shout it from the roof tops or keep it a secret...This was my third week staying at The Alpine Lodge in Les Gets. This time I was accompanying a friend who is an adult 'beginner' skier. Les Gets is my absolute favourite place to ski but especially if, like me, you enjoy cruising in splendid scenery: the local lift pass offers you an amazing range of runs but stands out for the sheer volume of confidence-boosting blues and reds. By the end of the week my 'beginner' friend was a true intermediate skier. The Alpine Lodge is perfectly located: just a very short stomp away from the main Chavanne lifts. The chalet had, as usual, a lovely mix of adults and children staying and the wonderful chalet hosts managed to perfectly balance mealtimes and attention so that nobody felt sidelined. Fantastic accommodation with superb hosts.Perfect for a stay within walking distance to the ski lifts. Very well looked after by the chalet hosts, particularly Belinda. Get spoilt with great food, including afternoon tea. Accommodation itself is modern, clean and spacious. Option of having transfers, ski passes, ski hire and lessons all arranged pre-arrival made the trip even more hassle-free.

The beat week ever!!This is my eighth time staying in Les Gets with M & T Les Gets in various Chalets. It doesn't get any better than this one with Raphael being a great chef and Belinda and all the staff wonderful hosts. So close to the ski lifts and the ski shop very close to the lifts where you can leave your boots and skis every day!! A new jacuzzi was great!

De La Mare family from SANot enough words to describe how wonderful Alpine Lodge is!! All I can say is PHENOMINAL!!!! The chalet is an amazing high class comfort, style,space and finishing! The food?? Mind blowing. The hosts?? No one like them anywhere in the world!! Harrison, Kara and Belinda just blow your mind with their friendly, bubbly persona and can’t get enough of spoiling you. Then there’s Rafael the owner and the personal chef! What a personality and what an incredible menu every day. If you concerned of putting on weight during your ski holiday, your in trouble! Excellent stay!Best service and attention to detail. Raphael's dinners are the best in Les Gets and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing! Will definitely be back. Oh and the skiing was also great. The jacuzzi is a must and remember to take a G&T with.

Excellent food and hostsThis was my 2nd visit to the alpine lodge and it won’t be my last . The food cooked by Raphael is excellent as is the wine to accompany it, however most of all is the experience of a professional relaxed environment created by Belinda and her assistants Kara and Harrison the chalet team are 5 stars . Will look forward my return next year .

Look no further!If you're looking for incredible welcoming staff, delicious food cooked in house, comfortable accommodation and a lovely atmosphere to go with your stay in Les Gets especially for skiing, I'd recommend staying here. I stayed here for a week and had the best ski trip I have ever had thanks to the staff, location and whole package provided. You won't be disappointed and it's just a short walk to the ski lifts and local bars and restaurants (if you still want them after the excellent food!).

Ski weekend with friends.Another wonderful long weekend at the Alpine Lodge. The food is exceptional - from the lovely afternoon tea to the canapés and delicious evening meals. Top Banana!Another great short break with M & T The Alpine Lodge would be perfect if you could ski in but a little walk to warm up or cool down those legs - no harm. Completely looked after, friendly staff, with good knowledge of the area & slopes. Hopefully back again next year! Great for Vegetarians but the Vegan menu needs a little attention!

Another fantastic stay with Jana, Raph & the teamWe stayed at the Alpine Lodge as 2 families January 2019. What a fantastic chalet which is the ultimate luxury & great hosts. Wow wow wow especially for the evening meals. These consist of Michelin star 4 course meals including all drinks in the price per person. Kids catered for earlier after their ‘hot tub time’. Chalet is a great position within the village, 10 mins walk to the lifts. Jana & Raaf are fantastic hosts who are extremely helpful with booking ski lessons, lift passes, ski hire & transfers etc. Thanks for a fantastic holiday & we will be back!

Super stay at Chalet Du CoinJust back from a wonderful holiday . We woke up to great breakfast at a time that suited us . There was a cooked option and continental breakfast . Really great coffee ! MInutes walk to the slopes , for great days skiing . Such a big ski area , so spoiled for choice . When we got home in the evenings , there was delicious homemade cake waiting . And after a sauna to rest tired ski legs , we would have a beer in the outside hot tub. We then sat down to a great dinner each evening. I'm vegetarian and was impressed with vegetarian option , plenty fresh vegetables. All the meat eaters we happy too . Good wine served at each meal . There were 10 adults and 4 children in our group , kids meals were nutritious and perfect for kids. Everything ran smoothly thanks to our lovely

Great ChaletAmazing week spent in Du Coin! So much delicious food and wine, nothing was too much trouble for our host Ellen. Outstanding stay in Les GetsJust returned from a 3 generation family holiday in Chalet Du Coin in Les Gets It was a catered chalet and ideal for our family group as it was in the village but only a short walk to the slopes and ski lifts and all the children’s facilities, nursery ski school toboggan area etc. The chalet has great living areas where we could all spread out and do our own things my favourite was the outdoor hot tub in the snow. The food was delicious too all served by our kind and efficient host Ellen Raph and Janna who run Mountain and Tradition organised everything for us transfers, ski passes, equipments etc, all we had to do was get to Geneva. We will be back again!!!!

Catered chalet holiday in Les GetsJust returned from a week long stay in Chalet du Coin in the beautiful French Alpine village of Les Gets. Outstanding experience from start to finish. Transfer driver was on time with baby seat fitted correctly, on arrival in Les Gets we were delighted to find that Chalet du Coin is spacious, warm and well located in the center of the village close to the ski lifts, bars and shops. Correct and good quality ski hire and ski passes all pre arranged for us. Breakfasts and Dinners each day were laid out by the very friendly, welcoming and professional host and were both delicious and substantial. If you are looking for a good base in the extensive Portes du Soleil ski area then look no further than Chalet du Coin.

January in the ChaletFriends and I visited Chalet la Rocade for a January ski trip. All of our ski equipment was arranged for us by the chalet as well as transfers and a stocked fridge for our arrival. We had a wonderful week in great snow conditions and made good use of the hot tub. We couldn't have asked more and enjoyed a very comfortable stay, greeted by a pleasant and helpful host who was always available on the phone for anything we needed. Can't wait to return!

Lovely ChaletHad a great time at Chalet du Coin in January. Ellen was a great host and the chalet was always spotlessly clean. Evening food and afternoon cake both lovely; also there is a ready supply of coffee, beer and wine. The hot tub was always clean and welcoming thanks to Sam the hot tub man. Would highly recommend this chalet.
