Ideal for two families or a group of 6 - 8 friends. Located in a quiet area of Les Gets with great access the local great outdoors. This apartment has a bike storage room and offers shared access to an outdoor hot tub. An apartment with all the benefits of a full chalet.

The central Chavannes lift, just 1.4km away, gives you instant access to the world-class mountain biking Les Gets is known for, making it the ideal apartment for serious riders. The bus stop in front of the house takes you to the central Chavannes lift in 5 minutes.

Communal Areas

The communal areas in this top-floor apartment are really spacious, with kitchen, living and dining areas all forming an open-plan space that runs the full width of the property. A huge corner sofa demarcates a comfortable lounge area by the TV. In the middle of the room, a large square dining table forms the focal point of the apartment. With plenty of room to get past/around and the fridge temptingly close by, this is a popular spot for groups playing games or just trading stories of their adventures in the great outdoors.

Twin / Double Room

This L-shaped twin/double bedroom offers ample space for the two lucky guests who get it. There is a wash basin as well as an open ensuite bath with shower over. Situated immediately opposite the bedroom door, the WC is shared with the quad room.

Double Room

Perfect for a couple, this cosy double bedroom has an ensuite shower, wash basin and WC.

Quad Room

Although very popular with families, the two bunk beds of this large quad room are plenty large enough for grown-ups, too. There is an open ensuite area with shower and wash basin. WC is shared with the twin bedroom.

You can book La Rocade Upper Floor Apartment as a standalone property, or you can combine it with La Rocade Lower Floor Apartment to accommodate larger groups of up to 20 guests. These two apartments share access to the outdoor hot tub and the bike storage room.

After a long day of exploration, relax those aching muscles with a soothing dip in the hot tub. Please note, this hot tub is shared by the two La Rocade apartments.

One chalet building containing two apartments

La Rocade Top Floor Apartment occupies one of the three floors which make up the Chalet La Rocade building. This apartment and La Rocade Lower Floor Apartment can be booked separately or they can be combined to make one larger chalet which can accommodate groups of 20 guests. Here is a very quick summary of the three options.

People often ask us about...

  • Local taxes

    A local tourist tax applies and is not included in the price of our holidays. The rate is €2.30 per night per adult (anyone who is 18 years or older).

  • Travel insurance

    It is required that you have holiday insurance which includes cancellation cover.

    It is a requirement for all bookings that all guests have holiday insurance which includes cancellation cover. If you cancel your holiday for any reason (including force majeure) a cancellation charge will be due. For further details about force majeure events, please see our terms and conditions The cancellation charge varies depending on the length of notice which is given for the cancellation, as well as which cancellation policy you chose at the time of booking.

    FlexiPlus Cancellation Policy:

    If any of the below Covid-19 related travel restrictions are in place, you can also get a 100% refund for everything you've paid us, including your deposit.

    • If any borders are closed to those with valid vaccination certificate, so you cannot get to resort.
    • French authorities (either regional or national) require everyone with valid vaccination certificate to self-isolate or quarantine for 3 days or more on arrival here in resort.
    • Your country's authorities (either regional or national) require everyone with valid vaccination certificate to self-isolate or quarantine for 3 days or more on arrival home.
    • French authorities instruct us to close our chalets.
    • You or a party member is not allowed to travel to resort due to contracting Covid-19.

    Please note: If none of the above Covid-19 travel restrictions are in place, or if any of the above reasons are imposed due to you or a party member not being able to present a valid vaccination certificate, you can still cancel and get a refund of 60% of your holiday price.

    Less than 1 days Full holiday price forfeited

    All refunds are processed by card and have a fee of 3%.

    Our FlexiPlus Cancellation Policy does not cover you if you, or a party member, cannot travel due to being a close contact or displaying covid-19 symptoms, either before your holiday or in resort. It also does not cover you if a party member contracts covid-19 in resort. Please make sure your travel insurance will cover you for these situations.

    If the French authorities instruct us to close our chalets due to Covid-19 before your stay, you'll get a 100% refund of what you've paid us.

    Notice of Cancellation

    You must let us know if you wish to cancel, even in scenarios that might seem obvious (e.g. if all borders are closed). If you do not let us know you wish to cancel then you'll be classed as a "no-show" and the full holiday price forfeited. You must let us know in writing that you wish to cancel, by email is fine.

  • Airport transfers

    Airport transfers are not included in the price of your holiday, but we will be happy to arrange them for you. Just send us your flight details.

  • Equipment and activities

    Cycling, golf, parapenting — there's so much to do in Les Gets. Whatever you have planned for your time in resort, we'll be happy to put you in touch with the best local providers. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help and advise wherever we can.

  • Times of year and holiday durations

    We are open all year round. Winter ski holidays run from early December until late April. Everything else is classed as a summer holiday. During the busiest weeks of the peak summer season, we offer week-long stays only. During quieter times, you can book to stay for as few as two nights. See the pricing engine below for details. How to Book your Holiday

Booking your chalet holiday with us couldn't be easier. Simply use the booking form, or just get in touch. From there, we'll look after everything for you.

  1. When we hear from you, we will put your dates on hold. Just submit your details via the booking form or get in touch.
  2. Once you get confirmation from us, you can safely arrange your travel without risk of your dates being booked by someone else. Please do not book flights or other travel services until you receive confirmation from us.
  3. Confirm your booking with a 25% deposit. The balance is due 60 days before your arrival date.
  4. With our free Concierge Service we can arrange all the extras you need, such as your lift pass or multipass, all at no extra cost.
  5. On certain properties, a damage deposit is due on arrival. For this, we usually just put a hold on a credit card.
