Within 350m you can reach the tourist office, the lifts, childcare facilities, the cinema and the Carrefour supermarket as well as the resort's best restaurants, shops and bars. For a property this size, you won't find better value in this location.

Like Negritelles 2 next door, Negritelles 1 offers a social, open-plan living space. By day, the space is made all the more light and airy by the large patio doors which open out onto a private decking area. The communal areas are functional and offer simplicity in design, ensuring convenience for guests.

You must let us know if you wish to cancel, even in scenarios that might seem obvious (e.g. if all borders are closed). If you do not let us know you wish to cancel then you'll be classed as a "no-show" and the full holiday price forfeited. You must let us know in writing that you wish to cancel, by email is fine.
