About The Alpine Lodge

Welcome to The Alpine Lodge, our flagship chalet in Les Gets centre. Built throughout summer 2015, this premium chalet is located just 400m from the main Chavannes Express chairlift. That's unbeatable access to the amazing biking, hiking and other activities in Les Gets. You can book the chalet on a self-catered basis or have us provide delicious in-house catering for you. The choice is yours.

Communal Areas

The open-plan living and dining spaces open out onto a private decking area where you will find the hot tub. The lounge offers plenty of space for everyone to unwind before reconvening at the long dining table for dinner.

Room 1

A spacious second-floor twin or double bedroom with access to balcony (shared with Room 2). Ensuite facilities including wc, wash basin and shower.

Room 2

A spacious second-floor twin or double bedroom with access to balcony (shared with Room 1). Ensuite facilities including wc, wash basin and shower.

Room 3

A spacious second-floor twin or double bedroom with ensuite facilities including wc, wash basin and shower.

Room 4

Two partitioned sections: a double/twin room and an additional bunk room. Bunk room is ideal for the kids but also popular with adults looking to take advantange of the amazing discounts (see below). Ensuite bathroom with shower.

Room 5

A large open-plan family room on the top-floor of the chalet. Five single beds (double bed optional). Spacious ensuite bathroom. Ideal for a family of five or group of friends. Please note, the ceiling is quite low in places.

The Annex (Optional Extra)

For the largest groups, a self-contained ground-floor annex is available. This double or twin room benefits from very spacious en-suite facilities.

The Alpine Lodge is situated in the very heart of Les Gets village. Just a 400m stroll to the chair lifts, as well as the shops, bars and restaurants. From the chalet door, it's a short, straight walk right to the main Chavannes Express chair lift.

    Breakfast

    Seven days a week, including fresh bread and pastries. Breakfast is served by your chalet host each morning.

    Three courses, served at the table five nights of your stay.

    Our afternoon tea includes the freshly baked cake and sandwiches.

    Wine and Beer

    If you book our catered holiday package, all-inclusive wine and beer are included in the price.

    Chalet Host

    A chalet host will be with you during meal times to serve you at the table.

    End-of-Stay Cleaning

    The chalet will be spotless when you arrive. Leave it to us to do the cleaning when you go.

    Standard Inclusions

    Linen and towels, free WiFi are all included in the accommodation price as you would expect.

  • Local taxes

    A local tourist tax applies and is not included in the price of our holidays. The expected rate is €1-2 per night per adult (final price to be published soon). An adult is anyone who is 18 years or older.

  • Travel insurance

    It is required that you have holiday insurance which includes cancellation cover.

    It is a requirement for all bookings that all guests have holiday insurance which includes cancellation cover. If you cancel your holiday for any reason (including force majeure) a cancellation charge will be due. For further details about force majeure events, please see our terms and conditions The cancellation charge varies depending on the length of notice which is given for the cancellation, as well as which pricing option you chose at the time of booking.

    If any of the below Covid-19 related travel restrictions are in place, you can get 100% voucher for everything you've paid us, including your deposit.

    • If any borders are closed so you cannot get to resort.
    • French authorities (either regional or national) require everyone to self-isolate or quarantine on arrival here in resort.
    • Your country's authorities (either regional or national) require everyone to self-isolate or quarantine on arrival home.
    • French authorities instruct us to close our chalets.

    If none of the above Covid-19 travel restrictions are in place, you can cancel and get a refund of 60% of your holiday price.

    Less than 1 days Full holiday price forfeited

    Your voucher can be used for any other stay with us, summer or winter, starting before 1st December 2022. It is valid to pay for our holidays only, and is not valid for extras such as lift passes and ski hire. Holidays booked with a voucher and subsequently cancelled will be re-issued with a voucher.

    Our FlexiPlus Cancellation Policy does not cover you if you, or a party member, cannot travel due to being a close contact or displaying covid-19 symptoms, either before your holiday or in resort. Please make sure your travel insurance will cover you for these situations.

    If the French authorities instruct us to close our chalets due to Covid-19 before your stay, you'll get a voucher for 100% of what you've paid us.

    Notice of Cancellation

    You must let us know if you wish to cancel, even in scenarios that might seem obvious (e.g. if all borders are closed). If you do not let us know you wish to cancel then you'll be classed as a "no-show" and the full holiday price forfeited. You must let us know in writing that you wish to cancel, by email is fine.

  • Airport transfers

    Airport transfers are not included in the price of your holiday, but we will be happy to arrange them for you. Just send us your flight details.

  • Equipment and activities

    Cycling, golf, parapenting — there's so much to do in Les Gets. Whatever you have planned for your time in resort, we'll be happy to put you in touch with the best local providers. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help and advise wherever we can.

  • Booking both chalets

    You can book either chalet or, during the quieter months when availability allows, you can combine both adjoining chalets for a maximimum group size of 34 guests.

  • Times of year and holiday durations

    We are open all year round. Winter ski holidays run from early December until late April. Everything else is classed as a summer holiday. During the busiest weeks of the peak summer season, we offer week-long stays only. During quieter times, you can book to stay for as few as two nights. See the pricing engine below for details. How to Book your Holiday

Booking your chalet holiday with us couldn't be easier. Simply use the booking form, or just get in touch. From there, we'll look after everything for you.

  1. When we hear from you, we will put your dates on hold. Just submit your details via the booking form or get in touch.
  2. Once you get confirmation from us, you can safely arrange your travel without risk of your dates being booked by someone else. Please do not book flights or other travel services until you receive confirmation from us.
  3. Confirm your booking with a 25% deposit. The balance is due 60 days before your arrival date.
  4. With our free Concierge Service we can arrange all the extras you need, such as your lift pass or multipass, all at no extra cost.
  5. On certain properties, a damage deposit is due on arrival. For this, we usually just put a hold on a credit card.
