Throughout 2019, Chalet Du Coin was fully rebuilt from the ground up. Same great chalet package, same unbeatable location - now with an even better interior finish. All the chalet bedrooms and communal areas occupy the middle floor of a three-storey building. Cosy chalet, great views, not too many stairs.
The open-plan communal spaces of Chalet du Coin are stylish and modern while celebrating the best architectural traditions of the Savoyarde region. By day, this is a light and airy space with a strong connection to the resort setting outside. At night, it feels relaxed and cosy while still offering enough space for everyone in the group.

You can't get much more central than this. 400m from the main ski lifts and the ski school, plus the shops, restaurants, etc. The nearest bar is less than 150m away—not counting the bar in the chalet itself!
The Igloo Bar is situated just 150m from chalet. For staff nights off, There are numerous restaurants within a short walking distance. There is also a supermarket located just 300m away.
If you leave your ski gear at Delavay Sports hire shop, you can walk the easy 400m to the Chavannes lift each morning. It's conveniently located right by the lift, the ski school and the aprés ski.
Drop your skis and boots back into Delavay Sports and stroll back to the chalet. The main aprés ski bar is 400m from the chalet, right by the Chavannes lift and the ski school.
Local tourist tax for the 2024-2025 season is €2.30 per night per adult. An adult is anyone who is 18 years or older.
It is a requirement for all bookings that all guests have holiday insurance which includes cancellation cover. If you cancel your holiday for any reason (including force majeure) a cancellation charge will be due. For further details about force majeure events, please see our terms and conditions The cancellation charge varies depending on the length of notice which is given for the cancellation, as well as which cancellation policy you chose at the time of booking.

Our FlexiPlus Cancellation Policy does not cover you if you, or a party member, cannot travel due to being a close contact or displaying covid-19 symptoms, either before your holiday or in resort. It also does not cover you if a party member contracts covid-19 in resort. Please make sure your travel insurance will cover you for these situations.

If the French authorities instruct us to close our chalets due to Covid-19 before your stay, you'll get a 100% refund of what you've paid us.
You must let us know if you wish to cancel, even in scenarios that might seem obvious (e.g. if all borders are closed). If you do not let us know you wish to cancel then you'll be classed as a "no-show" and the full holiday price forfeited. You must let us know in writing that you wish to cancel, by email is fine.
×If you have booked a week-long holiday, chalet hosting and catering is included on 5 nights of your stay. The other 2 evenings are staff nights off and catering is not included as standard. If you would like to stay in the comfort of your chalet one night but don't wish to cook; we can organise a delicious 2 course evening menu for you, for one of the staff nights off. We offer our beloved Tartiflette served with a fresh side salad and a delicious 'dessert du jour' for €18.00 per portion. This can be enjoyed in the warmth of your chalet with all your included wine, beer and chalet drinks. The meals will be delivered to your host in the morning and they will talk you through the easy re-heating instructions after breakfast.If you would like us to organise this for you, please just let us know which night you would like the Tartiflette reserved for, we would recommend this for the first night off.
×As an optional add-on, you can choose to have your room cleaned every day of your stay. For this optional extra, a price of €100 per room applies (€50 for short breaks). To add room cleaning to your booking, just let us know when you book.
×If you're driving to Les Gets and wish to secure a parking space during your stay with us, we can arrange this for you at no extra cost (subject to availability).
We can organise an undercover parking space for your whole stay (regardless of the length of stay), underneath our chalets Negritelles 1 and Negritelles 2 (six spaces in total and subject to availability). They're conveniently located right in the village centre, in front of the ice-rink.
Please note that the parking spaces need to be booked in advance, just let us know your requirements when you book.

An essential ingredient for any ski chalet holiday. After a long day on the slopes, relax those aching muscles with a soothing dip in the hot tub.
Shared access to a secured ski room with boot warmers and plenty of storage space. Nobody likes cold wet ski boots in the morning.
At no extra cost to you, we can organise your lift pass, equipment hire, ski lessons, airport transfers and childcare. This free concierge service is part of your holiday package with us.

On your arrival day, we will aim to have your chalet ready by 4pm and you should feel welcome to arrive at Chalet Du Coin from that time onwards. On your departure day, the check-out time is 10am and the chalet must be vacated by that time. If you arrive in Les Gets before 4pm or wish to leave after 10am, we will be happy to provide space to store baggage however there will be no access to the chalet itself.
Arriving during these times will ensure that your accommodation is ready and waiting for you as soon as you're in resort — especially handy if you have children to look after. While getting into Les Gets in the morning and hitting the slopes straight away sounds great in theory, in practice the logistics can get a bit overwhelming. While we're happy to store your luggage, we can't always offer you a place to get 'ski-ready'. If your flight times are such that you can't avoid an early arrival, dropping your luggage with us and head out to soak up the atmosphere and get a bite to eat would be the more advisable option.
Please also note that if you arrive after 9pm, your evening meal will be provided (with heating up instructions) - but without the presence of your Chalet Host to serve you.
Again, while the thought of getting one last ski session in on your departure day sounds good, it can become a little tricky to pull off. Firstly, if the weather plays up, it will become a challenge to find alternative entertainment — especially with little ones. Secondly, as it's after checkout time, we can't offer anywhere for you to get changed back into your comfy clothes for your flight home.
If you've booked a late flight back, and if the weather isn't nice or you just don't want to ski, we highly recommend spending the day in Geneva. Why not take a stroll along the lakefront, you'll be amazed!

There are some great childcare options in Les Gets, with all ages catered for. Childcare company policies usually dictate that we can not arrange the booking on your behalf but we are always happy to offer information and advice. Let us arrange your ski lessons for you. As part of our concierge service, it won't cost a penny more than if you book direct - the only difference is that we do all the legwork for you. As part of our concierge service, we will be happy to organise your ski hire for you. The cost of ski hire is not included in your holiday package, but hiring your equipment through us won't cost you a penny more than going direct. So put your feet up and let us take care of everything for you.
Because Chalet Du Coin is in the village centre, we usually recommend hiring ski equipment from Delavay Sports ski rental shop. They're situated right by the main Chavannes ski lift, near the ski school, so the location is just as good as the gear. Delavay will store your equipment and boots for you each night, meaning you can walk the short distance from Chalet Du Coin to the shop and back wearing your comfortable shoes. Great news for the skiers!
All you need to do is let us know what you need. From there, we will take care of everything and make sure that your equipment is ready for you when you arrive in Les Gets. If this is your first ski trip, just let us know and we can guide you through the whole process. You can also find out more and view prices on our ski hire page.
Once you have booked your flights, just let us know the details and we can arrange your airport transfers for you. The cost of the transfers is not included in your holiday package, but we will be very happy to make all the arrangements for you as part of our concierge service. You won't pay a penny more than if you go direct, so leave the legwork to us!
As is common in such a central location, Chalet Du Coin occupies the middle floor of a three-storey property. There are two smaller apartment residences within the same building.
