Flexi-catering is really simple. We prepare fresh meals every day and deliver them to you at the chalet. When it comes to dinner time, you just pop the main dish in the oven, serve and enjoy.

Each morning, we will prepare your meals from scratch and deliver them to your chalet door. Breakfast, dinner and afternoon tea. Start the day with fresh bread and pastries, straight from our ovens. See the breakfast menu...
Enjoy breakfast at your own pace, then have an amazing day on the slopes. Delicious cakes await your return. Take your time. With no fixed timetable, you can linger at the aprés ski as long as you want.

No. With this unique flexi-catering package, there is no host with you in the chalet. We pass the savings on to you to offer the best possible value.
Meals are freshly prepared daily in our Les Gets kitchen. At dinner time, you just need to pop the main dish in the oven, serve and enjoy.
On six days of the week, we will deliver breakfast, afternoon tea and a two-course evening meal. There is no delivery on Wednesday.

Plenty of tea and coffee are included in your first-day delivery.
A drinks bundle of house wine and beer is included in your package. Please get in touch for details of what's included.
There is no food delivery on Wednesday, when our staff are off. But we can still provide a raclette night for you and your group. Cheaper and easier than taking the whole group out to a restaurant in the village centre. Find out more...
For the main meal, there is a children's option (see menu below). Healthy, age-appropriate food that everyone can enjoy. If your child is aged 12+, we will assume they want the adult menu. If that's not right for you, just let us know.

For our flex-catering and standard catering packages , we are able to make the below adaptations. If you have additional dietary requirements beyond this, you might like to consider our luxury catered chalet package.
We are happy to cater for vegetarians and vegans. Please just let us know when you book :)
Most of our meals contain dairy and eggs. We can offer some of our main meals dairy free. For the dishes which can not be modified, or which contain eggs, we can offer the vegan option as an alternative. As an eggs- and dairy-free dessert, we offer fruit.
We can prepare our main courses without gluten, both the meat dishes and vegetarian dishes. Please note though there maybe still be traces of gluten in the meals. Some of our desserts are gluten-free, depending on the menu, if they are not we can not offer a gluten-free alternative but we can provide fruit on request.
Some of our desserts contain nuts and are not suitable for nut allergy sufferers. If you have a nut allergy, we can provide fruit as an alternative dessert - just let us know. Please note that all our dishes may contain traces of nuts.
Unless stated explicitly in the menu description, our meals do not contain fish or shellfish.

No shopping and no arguments as to whose turn it is to cook. With our large group it was wonderful to have fresh croissants, bread, dinner and pudding delivered daily. The menu was perfect...

Flexi catering suited us perfectly. The cupboards and fridges were fully stocked and each morning the amazing food boxes were delivered - fresh bread and pastries for breakfast, two delicious cakes for afternoon tea and then an amazing two course meal for dinner for us to pop into the oven whenever we were ready.

We enjoyed the flexi-catering which allowed us to feed the children first and eat a relaxed grown up meal later. The food was plentiful – we felt quite guilty at the amount we couldn't manage – and very tasty, as well as simple to prepare.
The "semi" catered format was new to me. Food from "Chalet Kitchen" (a sister company to the chalet operator) was of excellent quality and ample quantity. As we had taken all three floors.

The main reason we booked the Chalet was because of the food option, we had a stunning selection that kept everyone happy, we tried our best to eat as much as possible but we were defeated a couple of times.
The food is unbelievably good - we loved the flexi catering. It meant that some nights we could come back and eat early before going back out (to see the torchlight ski and the ice sculpting for example) and other nights we could eat late. The food is absolutely delicious.
We loved the flexi catering arrangement with delicious food provided without the added expense or intrusion of live in staff. Jana, Ash and team provided absolutely excellent, friendly service throughout making our holiday very straight forward and stress free.

On Wednesday (staff day off), you can choose to have a raclette night in the comfort of the chalet. Cheaper and easier than taking the whole group out to a restaurant in the village centre.
Please note: there is an additional charge €15 per person for this optional extra evening of chalet catering.
